Another Senior Government Lawyer Resigns Under Allegations of Criminal Activity

Within a week of the hearing before Madam Justice Gauthier of Canada's Federal Court, the Attorney General of British Columbia announced that senior lawyer, Timothy "Tim" Leadem would be leaving his position effective April 30, 2010.

This is the third government lawyer who played a role in the WaterWarCrimes to leave his job within the past 45 days.  In late March, 2010, it was announced that Deputy Attorney General for Canada, John Sims, and Department of Justice lawyer, Melanie Chartier, would be leaving their positions shortly after they were caught making false submissions in documents filed in Canada's Federal Court.

Mr. Leadem played a key role in the suppression of evidence in the Sun Belt Water Inc. lawsuit in the Supreme Court of British Columbia, between 1993 and 1999, when, as lead counsel with William Pearce, Q.C., over 18,000 pages of documents were suppressed and concealed while fraudulent affidavits were developed by legal counsel to block the advance of the Sun Belt lawsuit.   The Law Society of British Columbia and the RCMP, both under political control, have consistently refused to investigate the clear evidence of criminal activity.

According to documents found online, Mr. Leadem has also been a member of the Sierra Club of Western Canada, a Rockefeller funded organization that has issued several statements opposing bulk water exports from Canada - a position that was instrumental to the attempt to illegal scheme to create the illegal bulk water export monopoly that would have illegally benefitted insiders with offshore accounts.

British Columbia Government Defends Paedophile Judge

The WaterWarCrimes lawsuit took a nasty turn today reflective of the "odious" culture within the British Columbia Ministry of the Attorney General when BC Government lawyer, Hugh Gwillim, jumped to the defense of deceased Provincial Court Chief Judge, Hugh Stansfield, (shown right) an alleged paedophile who engaged in the sexual abuse of children as young as six - according to uncontradicted affidavit evidence filed in Canada's Federal Court. 

Mr. Gwillim's arrogant defence of Judge Stansfield was destroyed when it was pointed out that the source of the evidence was a highly credible whistleblower who exposed British Columbia Provincial Court Judge David Ramsay as another major judicial paedofile.  After many frustrating years of complaints about his conduct, Judge Ramsay was finally brought to justice and sentenced to seven years of imprisonment.  He died last year in Canada's famous Dorchester Prison shortly prior to his expected release.

The British Columbia judicial community has a long history of sexual dysfunction and child molestors have been regularly appointed to the bench by insiders at the Ministry of the Attorney General and Canada's Department of Justice who wish to keep the judiciary under control through blackmail and extortion.

The information concerning Judge Stansfield was filed in the Federal Court pleadings to corroborate the allegations that Government of Canada have been conducting covert surveillance on the Plaintiffs e-mail which predicted the judge's ensuing death only a few days before it happened.

At the same hearing, Law Society of British Columbia lawyer, Michael Armstrong,  refused to answer allegations that judges of the Supreme and Appeal Court of British Columbia were also "life benchers" or "life directors" of the Law Society thereby putting them in many conflicts of interest situations. 

Hiding in their offices, only a few blocks away, and afraid to appear before the judge in person, lawyers, Hugh  Gwillim, Lisa Riddle, and Michael Armstrong, spoke to judge Johanne Gauthier, over the telephone, in their last stand to try to block the WaterWarCrimes lawsuit from moving forward.

Appearing by telephone from Otawa, Canadian Judicial Council lawyer, Martin Mason, argued that judges were no longer "officers of the crown", a position contrary to nine hundred years of English legal history.

Cowardly Vancouver lawyer, James Sullivan, who previously acted for BC political back room manipulator, Patrick Kinsella, was so afraid to act on the case that he would not even join the telephone conference call and instead used a newly called lawyer, Laura Cundari, who was so ill prepared she could not advise the court if lawyer Joanne Platt was an employee of her client.  Ms. Platt, a long term employee of Ms. Cundari's client Themis Program Management and Consulting Ltd.  is accused of criminal obstruction of justice in a related case.

The WaterWarCrimes lawsuit has killed nine judges, one politician and at least two civil servants and illustrates how the British Columbia Courts are controlled by a cabal of insiders with the Government of British Columbia.

Madam Justice Gauthier of Canada's Federal Court must decide if the Court will allow the case to proceed.  The Plaintiffs have confirmed they will appeal to a higher court if Madam Justice Gauthier denies them their right to have their case against the Canadian Government and its crooked judges heard in Canada's Federal Court.

Madam Justice Gauthier Selected For Water War Crimes Hearing

Federal Court of Canada officials in Vancouver advise that Madam Justice Johanne Gauthier, (shown right) has been assigned by Chief Justice Lutfy to preside as hearing judge on April 20, 2009, when insiders and former insiders with the Governments of Canada and British Columbia will be making their desparate last stand to prevent the WaterWarCrimes lawsuit from proceeding to trial in Canada's Federal Court.

According to her online biography, Madam Justice Gauthier was born September 11, 1955 in Montréal, Quebec, educated at Collège Michèle Provost, University of Montréal and London School of Economics.

The London School of Economics was establised in London, England, in 1895, by the Fabian Socialist Society in order to encourage the spread of socialism.  The most noted Canadian  grauduate was Canada's self admitted communist Prime Minister, Pierre Trudeau.

WaterWarCrimes Defendant, Anne McLellan, former Canadian Justice Minister and present law partner with Calgary law firm, Bennett Jones, ( a firm curiously linked to the WaterWarCrimes) is also a graduate of the London School of Economics.

Madam Gauthier was called to the Quebec Bar, 1979.  She is a past partner with the Montreal law firm of Ogilvy Renault, past executive of the Maritime International Committee, past president for the Marine Advisory Board and the Canadian Maritime Law Association.  She was at one time Commissioner for the Canadian Transportation Accident Investigation & Safety Board Act Review Commission.  She is a past member of the the Maritime Law Section, Quebec division of the Canadian Bar.  Madam Gauthier is a recipient of the Governor General of Canada Gold medal.  She was appointed Judge of the Federal Court of Canada, Trial Division and ex officio member of the Federal Court of Canada of Appeal, December 11, 2002, by the Government of Prime Minister Jean Chretien, (another Defendant in the WaterWarCrimes) and appointed a Judge of the Court Martial Appeal Court of Canada, February 20, 2003.  Since July 2, 2003, the date of the coming into force of the Courts Administration Service Act, she has been a Judge of the Federal Court.

The WaterWarCrimes lawsuit has developed an international following due to the number of witnesses, many of them judges, who have suddenly died.  There are now nine judges, two senior civil servants and one politician who suddenly dropped dead as the lawsuit moved forward.  All the deceased were in a position to expose some of the inside players in what is now labelled as Canada's Biggest Scandal.

More Missing Persons At Canada's Department of Justice

It appears the WaterWarCrimes lawsuit may have destroyed another legal career at Canada's Department of Justice. According to a letter dated March 29, 2010, signed by Department of Justice legal counsel, Lisa Riddle, former legal counsel on the WaterWarCrimes lawsuit, Melanie Chartier, is no longer with their office.

The departure of Melanie Chartier is surprising because she was was working at the Department of Justice, in Vancouver, as late as March 12, 2010 and gave no indication she was leaving.

Ms. Chartier was junior counsel to former Deputy Minister of Justice John Sims, Q.C., who, on March 15, 2010, announced his departure from the Department of Justice effective April 1, 2010, after allegations that he committed fraud in the WaterWarCrimes lawsuit were published over the internet and circulated around the globe. The reasonable inference is that Ms. Chartier was an accomplice of Mr. Sims in his fraudulent submission and that both had to resign due to their mis-conduct as officers of the Federal Court and employees of the Government of Canada who have an obligation to be honest in the court process.

The case continues and Vancouver lawyer Lisa Riddle has announced that she has replaced Ms. Chartier.

PM Harper Appoints Myles Kirvan As Canada's Deputy Minister of Justice

Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper recently announced (March 26, 2010) that Myles Kirvan, currently Associate Deputy Minister of Public Safety, becomes Deputy Minister of Justice and Deputy Attorney General of Canada, effective April 6.

Mr. Kirvan replaces outgoing Deputy Minister, John Sims, Q.C., who was caught making fraudulent submissions in the WaterWarCrimes lawsuit in Canada's Federal Court, who refused to retract the submission and who suddenly resigned effective April 1, 2010, a few short weeks after his misconduct was broadcast internationally via several whistle blowing sites on the internet, such as Paul Drockton, Jeff Rense and David Icke.

As Associate Deputy Minister of Public Safety, (RCMP) from October 1, 2007 to date, Mr. Kirvan would probably have been privy to the secret police files containing the identity of the Water War Criminals - a group that Canadian legal authorities have consistently refused to investigate and prosecute.

Vancouver Lawyer James Sullivan Declines to Appear in Court

Vancouver lawyer, James Sullivan, (shown at right) declined the opportunity to appear personally in Canada 's Federal Court at Vancouver at the hearing scheduled for April 20, 2010, although his office is a mere three (3) blocks from the courthouse in Vancouver.  Mr. Sullivan has advised the court he will appear by telephone conference call.

Astute legal observers suggest Mr. Sullivan is embarassed to appear in person because his client was been caught attempting to obstruct the course of justice by communicating with Mr. Justice Peter Leask by way of some form of secret sign language during the course of a criminal prosecution.  Justice Leask vigorously refused to particiapte in the scheme.

Mr. Sullivan represents Themis Program Management and Consulting Ltd. a wholly owned subsidiary of the giant American corporation, Maximus, Inc.,  in a lawsuit filed in Canada's Federal Court alleging Themis engaged in human rights violations as part of a criminal conspiracy related to bulk water exports. 

Mr. Sullivan has also represented Vancouver based politcal strategist Patrick Kinsella in the BC Rail Political Corruption Case.
