Canada's Cannon Fires Another Round In Water War

Lawrence Cannon, Canada's Minister of Foreign Affairs fired another shot at American Water Beggars on Thursday May 13, 2010. 

According to Juliet O'Neill, with Can West News Service, "The new legislation is intended to thwart the diversion of river water south to the U.S. through such means as dams, aqueducts, canals and pipelines".

Notwithstanding Mr. Cannon's public assurances, British Columbia Premier, Gordon Campbell, is moving ahead, swiftly, on the construction of the Site C Dam, an essential link in the plan to deliver massive quantities of fresh water to the United States.
