Prince Charles in Washington to Explain His Mother's Role In Crimes Against the USA and Canada Over Water Export Scandal.

Last week, Prince Charles, (shown in photo on left) the apologetic son of the guilty Queen Elizabeth (shown in centre photo) Phillip, paid a 4 day visit to Washington, D.C., at the direction of the UK government, where he was cordially greeted by President Obama (shown on photo on right).

According to sources, Prince Charles was in Washington to apologize for a big mistake his mother had made a few decades earlier when she got involved in the Canadian water swindle and his visit to Washington is part of the ongoing Water War Crimes cover up and murders that recently led to a high level shake up in Canada that took place in the days following the high level meeting on January 30, 2015 between Canadian Foreign Minister, John Baird, US Secretary of State, John Kerry, and Mexican Foreign Minister, Jose Antonio Meade. 

On his return to Canada, John Baird suddenly resigned,  announced he was leaving politics forever and, then, paid a high level visit to London to confer with Queen Elizabeth and former British Columbia Premier Gordon Campbell who is Canada's Ambassador to London and who was deeply involved in the Water War Crimes cover up and other alleged corruption that makes him generally reviled figure in British Columbia.

The alleged role of Queen Elizabeth and her husband is a secret scheme to loot Canada's water export revenues and gouge thirsty Americans came to the attention of Canadian and American authorities in 2011 after insiders reported the fact to Mr. Carten who promptly reported his information to Prime Minister Harper and his colleagues who verified the information with Canadian intelligence agencies. 

The matter was extremely serious because, if the information was correct, then Queen Elizabeth had violated her Coronation Oath, a technical forfeiture of the Throne, and engaged in an act of war against the United States, the best friend and greatest ally of Canada. 

As this web site reported at the time,  Prime Minister Harper asked UK Prime Minister David Cameron to visit Ottawa to discuss the issue while at the same time he held private meetings with American officials and then a symbolic meeting with President Obama on December 7, 2011.  Students of American history well know that December 7 is symbolically known as "a day of infamy" because it marks the sneak attack by the Japanese on Pearl Harbour on December 7, 1941. It was apparent that Prime Minister Harper and President Obama were sending a symbolic message to the Royal Family. 

Prince Charles has been an advocate of water exports between Canada and the USA and he coined the phrase "water harvesting" in a speech he made in Newfoundland during his 11 visit to Canada in November 2009 when he encouraged Canadians to regard water as a renewable resource like hay or wheat that could be profitably harvested and sold. British Columbia Court of Appeal Chief Justice, Bob Bauman, (shown in photo on left) is in deep trouble because the criminal cover up by British Columbia Court of Appeal Justices Ed Chiasson, David Frankel and Kathryn Neilson and Supreme Court Justices Hinkson, Cullen, Funt, Leask and Holmes prompted Prime Minister Stephen Harper (shown in centre photo) to pay a flash visit to Vancouver, British Columbia, in the aftermath of a week long visit to that province by US Ambassador Heyman who left Vancouver, on Friday, to report his information to insiders in Washington, D.C.

Prime Minister Harper arrived in Vancouver on Saturday afternoon along with the Minister of National Defence and other key players in his government. They were all under tight security with helicopters hovering over the police cordons that blocked access to the hotel where Mr. Harper made his "cover story" media appearance before an obscure crowd celebrating the Iranian new year. 

The real meetings with British Columbia insiders took place at a top secret location and Prime Minister Harper promptly reported his findings to Benjamin Netanyahu (shown in photo on right) and not to Queen Elizabeth Canada's Head of State and who is currently in the Harper dog house over her and her husband's role in the attempted swindle of Canada's water export revenue that led to the Water War Crimes including the murder / execution of up to 12 judges and many other witnesses.

Prime Minister Harper, a master of political strategy, has craftily developed an alliance with Mr. Netanyahu who has deep connections in the US Congress and Senate, through the Israeli lobby, and Prime Minister Harper is obviously hoping to use these connections as a lever in negotiations with US President Obama over water and oil in the coming weeks. 

The problem for the Vancouver Justices is that Jehovah, the Good of the Jews, hates lying, cheating judges more than anything else and insiders report it is unlikely Benjamin Netanyahu can protect the Vancouver justices from the wrath of a Just God, like Jehovah. 

Readers can expect more dead bodies will soon arrive at the Graveyard of the Guilty where the death toll is over 40 and climbing.

British Columbia Court of Appeal Continues Cover Up of Criminal Gang Operating Inside British Columbia Court System

When given the opportunity to expose a nest of criminals operating inside the court administration and sitting on the bench in British Columbia, Canada, the British Columbia Court of Appeal lead by Ed Chiasson, shown in photo on left and aided and abetted by Kathryn Neilson (photo unavailable) and David Frankel, shown in photo on right, came out squarely in favour of the criminals gang and denied Mr. Carten his application for disclosure of documents that would identify the criminals responsible for the murder of Justice Carolyn Layden Stevenson in June 2012 and Department of Justice Lawyer Eric Noel in July 2012 and the murder of several other insiders identified in the Grave Yard of the Guilty.

An appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada is expected.

At the outset of the hearing of the appeal in early January, Mr. Carten asked that both Justice Neilson and Justice Frankel step aside because they were so closely linked to the criminals that there was a reasonable apprehension of bias on their part. The court ruled that they would reserve their decision on the request but the court's reason for judgment are silent on the issue.

Prior to his appointment to the court, Justice Frankel was a long term employee of the Freemason infested Department of Justice in Vancouver that implemented the crooked legal strategy that led to the two murders and Justice Kathryn Neilson is a former law school classmate of former Canadian Justice Minister Anne McLellan (shown in centre  photo) who is deeply implicated in the murder conspiracy carried out by the, as yet, unidentified insiders.

Justice Chiasson has his own issues and was investigated by the Canadian Judicial Council for his appearance in court mysteriously "clad in a cardigan sweater and slippers" instead of his judicial robes when he denied justice to Vancouver resident Robert Stark.

It is reasonable to believe that Justices Chiasson, Frankel and Neilson were threatened or otherwise improperly influenced because their decision completely ignored the guiding principle in R. v. Sussex Justices Ex parte McCarthy and the line of hundreds of cases cited by Mr. Carten.
 
Editors Note: In a related case in a courthouse on Vancouver Island, Ian Caldwell, a Master of the Supreme Court of British Columbia ruled in favour of Mr. Carten proving that there is some hope because there is at least one judicial officer that is not yet controlled by the criminal gangs that has been operating inside the British Columbia court system.

Insiders are advising that the fall out from the high level meeting between US Secretary of State John Kerry, Canada's Foreign Affairs Minister John Baird and Mexican Foreign Secretary Jose Antonio Meade on Friday, January 30, and Saturday, January 31, in Boston, Massachusetts is bigger than we initially reported.

Readers must keep in mind that this meeting was supposed to be between US President Obama, Prime Minister Harper, and Mexican President, Enrique Peña Nieto, to discuss the NAFTA / WATER but Prime Minister Harper suddenly cancelled and sent John Baird instead. 

Baird returned to Canada and announced on Tuesday Feb 3, 2015 that he was quitting politics entirely but nevertheless, Baird, a devoted royal butt kisser immediately paid a "private" visit to England to meet with both Queen Elizabeth (who has a guilty look on her face in the photo) and former British Columbia Premier, Gordon Campbell, both of whom are deeply connected to the Water War Crimes that were carried about by a group of criminal insiders against Canada's friends allies and neighbours, Mexico and the USA.  Queen Elizabeth very nearly lost her position as Canada's Queen over what may have been simply a mistake but appears to have been a major international crime against humanity.  

However, what we failed to report was that ten days later, Feb 13, 2015, it was announced that Jason MacDonald, Prime Minister Harpers top communications director announced he was quitting and, on March 3, 2015,  General Tom Lawson, Canada's Top Military Commander announced he was quitting also.

Prime Minister Harper is in a very difficult position because it is obvious that those around him have been lying to him and this has caused him embarrassment on the international stage.

Insiders report that Baird MacDonald and Lawson were part of the clandestine  group of fanatical British Royalists attempting to deviously ally Canada with its old colonial master and, for French, Irish, and Scottish Canadians, its old enemy, Royalist Great Britain, instead of its long term good neighbour, friend and ally the USA and its new ally and friend, in the NAFTA, Mexico. ly lying to the Prime Minister Harper and that US Secretary of State Kerry blew the whistle on them which sent Baird scurrying back to Canada. .

It looks suspiciously like John Baird resigned suddenly because of something he learned at his meeting with John Kerry and Jose Meade which, without doubt, would have included some discussion about progress on the current plans to develop a water export project in Canada after two decades of delay. Access to clean fresh water is of critical importance to the economies of both Mexico and the United States and Canada is the only viable source of that water that was promised as part of the NAFTA a three party trade agreement that came into effect in 1994.  

Mr. Baird was fully aware of the high level Canadian cover up of serious political corruption connected to Canada and British Columbia's failed water export policy in the late 1980's and early 1990's because Mr. Carten communicated with him on the issue immediately after he was appointed Minister of the Environment in 2006 and has had various communications with him over the past few years especially after the cover up grew to include the murder of Federal Court of Appeal Justice Carolyn Layden Stevenson and the murder/suicide of Department of Justice lawyer Eric Noel, both in 2012.

Mr. Baird's resignation comes less than one year after the resignation of Jim Flaherty, another top level advisor to Prime Minister Harper, whose health began to deteriorate immediately after the two murders in 2012.  Flaherty knew very well that the murders were the result of the unlawful litigation strategy adopted by the Department of Justice in the lawsuit brought by Mr. Carten and Ms. Gibbs in Canada's Federal Court and it made him sick and, eventually, it killed him or so it appears but the problem is that the disease he had was not life threatening and he died, allegedly from an unexpected heart attack, leaving many to think Jim Flaherty was murdered because he knew too many of Canada's secrets including the identity of the insiders who sought to loot Canada's water export wealth that his colleagues were covering up.

Will John Baird be murdered?

At this time, John Baird is a serious candidate for murder because he knows too much.  He knows, for example, whether or not Queen Elizabeth and her husband were investors in the scheme to loot Canada's water wealth.  He knows which British Columbian and Canadian politicians were secret investors in that scheme.
