After many frustrating years of complaints about his conduct, Judge Ramsay was finally brought to justice and sentenced to seven years of imprisonment. He died last year in Canada's famous Dorchester Prison shortly prior to his expected release.

The information concerning Judge Stansfield was filed in the Federal Court pleadings to corroborate the allegations that Government of Canada have been conducting covert surveillance on the Plaintiffs e-mail which predicted the judge's ensuing death only a few days before it happened.

Ms. Platt, a long term employee of Ms. Cundari's client Themis Program Management and Consulting Ltd. is accused of criminal obstruction of justice in a related case.
