With the acquisition of an affidavit from an independent witness, the WaterWarCrimes lawsuit has now entered new and unchartered legal territory.
According to the witness who choses to remain unidentified on this web site and whose evidence is corroborated by two other affidavits and a few other witnesses, (who choose to remain undisclosed on this web site), Ms. Joanne Platt, an officer of the Federal Court, was seen entering the Provincial Court of British Columbia on August 22, 2009, and covertly or secretly attempting to induce presiding Justice, The Honourable Mr. Justice Peter Leask, to do something he weas clearly not prepared to do when the Governments of Canada and British Columbia were prosecuting British Columbia lawyer John Frederick Carten on a flimsy bogus charge of criminal harassment because he encouraged a suspected criminal to go to the police and co-operate with an ongoing police investigation.
Why was an officer of the Federal Court attempting to influence a judge of the Supreme Court of British Columbia, who was sitting as a Provincial Court Judge due to the fact that the Provincial Court judiciary had a conflict of interest?
What was really going on?
As an officer of the Federal Court, was Ms. Joane Platt acting as a representative of the Federal Court seeking to sabotage the WaterWarCrimes lawsuit?
Was Ms. Joanne Platt acting as an agent for her employer, Themis Program Management and Consulting Ltd., a defendant in the WaterWarCrimes lawsuit and a wholly owned subsidiary of the giant American company Maximus, Inc? What was Themis up to? What was Maximus up to? Was Themis improperly trying to influence Mr. Justice Peter Leask of the Supreme Court of British Columbia?
These are questions that remain to be determined.
Stay tuned.
