US President Trump Set to Take Over Management of Canadian Water Export Policies With Huge Construction Programs in USA

Newly elected US President Donald Trump was elected on a promise to Make America Great Again by threatening to tear up NAFTA and other non useful trade deals with countries, like Canada and its most corrupt province of British Columbia, that cheat on the deals they make.

Making America Great Again  will require new sources of water for the American southwest ,including California, which is fast running out of fresh clean water.

Desalinization is one option but there are huge energy costs and environmental issues that make it a non starter.

Also, the water quality of desalinized water is not as good as natural fresh water that falls from the sky which, incidentally, is also desalinized but by a natural distillation process that is far superior to anything man has invented.  Fresh water brings life to everything it touches and Canada has a huge surplus that overflows naturally into the oceans every day all year long.

The problem is that the run off ditches, the rivers and streams, pretty well flow north, east or west and very little flows south. 

The solution to America's and Mexico's thirst for fresh clean water will be importing vast quantities of water from Canada and Alaska by diverting a small but significant part of the water that flows regularly flow into the Pacific and Artic oceans into a system of canals,  aquaducts, reservoirs using gravity as the power source so that the water flows downhill to the American southwest and Mexico.

When Mr. Trump takes over from Mr. Obama he will find that Mr. Obama and his team did a good job of quietly persuading Canadian governments to move that water export project along to a significant degree, although to be fair, US President George W. Bush initiated the process with Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper immediately after Harper was elected Prime Minister of Canada.

Mr. Trump will be advised that the British Columbia government under pressure from Ottawa and Washington has quietly begun construction of the massive $9 billion Site C Water Reservoir that will be a key link in the North American Water Distribution System stretching from Alaska through Canada to the American south west and Mexico.

A stunned, flabbergasted and humiliated British Columbia Premier, Christy Clark, who had hurled a gratuitous insult at Mr. Trump two weeks earlier, "There is no way to defend what Donald Trump has said,” (Clark told the Vancouver Sun in mid-October) issued a similar statement.

"The United States is a close friend and partner of British Columbia. Alongside the Government of Canada, we will work diligently and with determination to ensure we protect and grow the relationship that is crucial to working families in our province on issues like free trade and a new softwood-lumber agreement.” 

Roughly 2.5 million Canadian jobs are dependent on trade with the U.S., while 23 per cent (or $449.9 billion) of our GDP is derived from exports of goods and services to the U.S. alone.  72 per cent of Canada's exports of goods and services go to the U.S.The big benefit of the Trump victory is that he exposed political corruption and payoffs and the "big fear" in Canada and British Columbia is that Donald Trump may expose the massive political corruption in British Columbia where insiders are setting themselves up again to loot the benefit of the water export plan just like they did in the late 1980's and early 1990's when private water export entrepreneurs were cheated by lying thieving politicians in Canada who broke the law to secretly favouring themselves and their pals.

Insiders report that Premier Clark and her cabinet are very, very worried that their lying, cheating, and stealing crimes will be exposed by Donald Trump who knows exactly how dirty politics is played in Canada and who threatened to "drain the swamp".

There is no greater swamp in Canada than the one inhabited by the snakes among the British Columbia public service and political class.

The snakes in British Columbia are obviously very afraid that Mr. Trump will drain their swamp at the same time he drains the swamp in Washington.

Water flows downhill.

Alberta's newly elected Premier, Rachel Notley, is deeply connected with and worked for Ujjal Dosanjh back in 1996 when Ujjal Dosnajh was lying and cheating his way along as a member of the criminal gang connected to the Water War Crimes.  The role of Rachel Notley in these crimes is unexplored but there is no doubt that the Attorney General Ministry of British Columbia was incredibly corrupt under Dosanjh and that many of the players have suddenly died since in circumstances suggesting they were murdered.

"Former B.C. premier Ujjal Dosanjh, who hired Notley as a ministerial assistant when he was the attorney general in the 1990s, said she was a savvy political aide who helped him pass groundbreaking legislation to give gay and lesbian couples the right to obtain payments for spousal and child support."

“She’s exceptionally bright,” Dosanjh said Wednesday. “She has very good political instincts and from what I remember she was great at the doorstep because occasionally between elections we went canvassing.”

“I was very pleasantly surprised to see her become premier-elect,” he added. 
At the time, Rachel worked closely with Assistant Deputy Minister Gillian Wallace who was in charge of civil litigation and who suddenly died when her crimes were exposed on this web site along with Jack Ebbels, a senior lawyer, who also died when his crimes were exposed on this web site.

What Was the Role of Canada's Department of Justice,
Federal Court Chief Justice Lutfy, Federal Court of Appeal Chief Justice Blais and Justice Minister Nicholson?

On June 27, 2012, Madam Justice Carolyn Layden Stevenson of Canada’s Federal Court of Appeal died from unstated causes in an Ottawa Hospital.

She is survived by her parents, her husband, her children and extended family. They have lost a family member. They will miss her. However, what they do not yet know is that there is good reason to believe that she was murdered as part of a conspiracy involving legal counsel at the Canadian Department of Justice and officers within the administration of the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal.

In my opinion, Carolyn Layden Stevenson was the victim of a sinister form of legal and judicial entrapment executed as a
litigation tactic and culminating, ultimately, in her murder.

As the court record in Federal Court Appeal proceeding A-343-10, shows, commencing in December, 2010, Department of Justice legal counsel entered into a coordinated plan with other legal counsel, that, eventually, lured Judge Layden Stevenson to her death.

It was a devilish plot the Government lawyers hatched seeking an order in the Federal Court of Appeal requiring Ms. Gibbs and I
to pay into court, as security for costs, a sum of money they knew we did not have thereby preventing us from appealing the Order of Madam Justice Joanne Gauthier that had dismissed our action in the Federal Court seeking fair and equitable compensation for the harm we and our families had sustained as victims of abusive conduct by Federal officers, employees and agents.

It was a devilish plot and, naturally, like all things born of the devil, it led to a diabolical result.

In order to insure their ultimate success against Ms. Gibbs and I, your Department of Justice lawyers and their co-conspirators
required a judge at the Federal Court of Appeal who could be relied on to grant, the exceedingly rare and, arguably, unconstitutional, court order that would have the effect of preventing Ms. Gibbs and I, two victims of government abuse, from having our appeal heard, on its merits, after our claim had been dismissed by the lower court, without any hearing on the
merits, due to the cleverly contrived but perverse judgment allegedly written by Justice Joanne Gauthier.

With the generous and able assistance of Chief Justice Pierre Blais, these cunning litigators seduced Madam Justice Carolyn Layden Stevenson into doing what was wrong when she should have done what was right and, then, sixteen months later, when her corrupt decision had become notorious and she had become a liability who might expose the criminality of the cunning litigators, they arranged for her murder so she would be forever silent and their role in these crimes of state would remain a secret.

In my opinion, several employees and officers of the Government of Canada have knowledge of these events and one or more of them may have also been part of a fiendish Government inspired conspiracy to murder Justice Carolyn Layden Stevenson.

Incidentally, on October 21, 2011, Madam Justice Gauthier was rewarded for her corrupt decision against Ms. Gibbs and I with a promotion to the Federal Court of Appeal, a promotion that was approved by Justice Minister Rob Nicholson and Prime Minister Stephen Harper, who, being well aware of the perverse judgment that Madam Justice Gauthier had rendered for the benefit of the Government and its agents, must now be viewed as complicit in these matters.

Murder is one of the most serious offences set out in the Criminal Code of Canada. It is also a grave violation of God's law - the Ten Commandments.

I strongly encourage you to direct all government lawyers and other personnel involved in these matters to make complete and frank disclosure so that the murderers of Madam Justice Carolyn Layden Stevenson are brought to justice and punished for their crime.

Finally, you must now, in the public interest and in the interest of your own safety, the safety of your colleagues and the safety of the various judges, lawyers, legal officers and others who have
been involved in this matter make an immediate public disclosure of these issues thereby alerting all concerned to the presence of a criminal gang operating inside the government that will not hesitate to use murder to achieve its ends.

There are Now Twelve Dead Judges
Linked to this Case

During the course of the past 15 years many Canadian judges went out of their way to bend and twist the law to cause grief to Mr. Carten or Ms. Gibbs because there were believed to be helping the American company Sun Belt Water Inc.

The Editors believe that those judges were acting on direct instructions from insiders with the Governments of Canada and British Columbia.

Mr. Carten and Ms. Gibbs decided to fight back and expose the criminals on the bench and, as they published their information, those criminals, judges, started dropping dead.

Justice Carolyn Layden Stevenson the latest in a series of twelve judges who broke the law and who suffered an early death as a result.

It is always difficult to say if a particular death was from natural causes or from murder.

In every case, the judge who died was in a position to put others in jail because it was obvious that he or she was assigned to the case as part of a greater criminal conspiracy and those other conspirators had motive to murder the judge to protect themselves.

Virtually all of the judges died from sudden heart attacks or a fast acting cancer and, in each case, death seemed to ensure quickly after their crimes were exposed either online or in court documents or both.

It is possible that the stress from fear of exposure, shame and guilt induced the heart attacks or the cancers but it is also possible that the heart attacks and cancers were induced by toxic agents that are commonly used to murder people.

Mr. Carten and Ms .Gibbs did not set out to kill these people, they set out to obtain justice by pleading their case and in those pleadings they were legally required to document why the judge's actions were wrong. The killing was an unfortunate co-incidence and, whether it was from murder or stress induced disease, the fault lies with the Department of Justice in Ottawa that was taking direction from Prime Minister Stephen Harper and Justice Minister Rob Nicholson.

On July 16, 2012, the Editors of this web site placed a telephone call to the Canadian Federal Court of Appeal, in Ottawa, and questioned the court administrator about the seemingly sudden death of Justice Carolyn Layden Stevenson. The administrator advised Judge Stevenson had, allegedly, died from cancer. When the Editor pointed out that death by cancer seemed strange because Judge Stevenson had been active on the court until the end of May 2012. The administrator advised "it was a very fast acting cancer".

But as all Canadians know, their courts cannot be trusted so the questions remains open,

Judge Carole Layden Stevenson ( shown in photo above on left) dropped dead, suddenly, from unexplained causes, in Ottawa, on June 27, 2012. She is death number 32 in the Graveyard of the Guilty and she is also the 12th crooked judge to die shortly after her criminal conduct while on the bench made public.

There is good reason to believe she was murdered in order to protect those who instructed her to break her Oath of Office and make a perverse ruling against Mr. Carten and Ms. Gibbs at the Federal Court of Appeal. 

Judge Carole Layden Stevenson was asked to participate in the dirty little judicial conspiracy that was carried out by two judges and one prothonotary at the Federal Court of Canada and, in our opinion, she because of it.

In our opinion, the sudden death of Judge Carolyn Layden Stevenson was the direct and logical conseqence of a dirty crooked judicial game played by Chief Justice Allan Lufty of Canada's Federal Court, a prothonotary of that court, in Vancouver, named Roger Lafreniere and Justice Joanne Gauthier, formerly a judge of the Federal Court and now a judge of the Federal Court of Appeal. Instead of doing their jobs, as they are required to by the law, they bent, twisted and perverted the law to deny Mr. Carten and Ms. Gibbs their fundamental right to bring their case to court and when Mr. Carten and Ms. Gibbs appealed their collective trickery or chicanery, as it is called in legal circles to the Federal Court of Appeal, and when the appeal was filed, some dirty lawyers for the Canadian and British Columbia Government, and several government agencies named in the lawsuit decided to ask the Federal Court of Appeal for an order to block the appeal Judge Carolyn Layden Stevenson was picked to decide the application to block the appeal and, knowing that what she was doing was a grave injustice and contrary to fundamental law, Judge Carolyn Layden Stevenson broke the law to favour her friends colleagues and to cause harm to Mr. Carten and Ms. Gibbs and a few months later she was dead.

So, was she murdered or did she murder herself?

We don't have the answer to this question but we can say with confidence that if Prothonotary Lafreieniere, Chief Justice Alan Lutfy, and Justice Jonanne Gauthier had applied the law, like it was supposed to be applied, if they had not bent twisted and perverted the law, like they did, Judge Carolyn Layden Stevenson would never have been asked to help them out with their corruption and she would probably still be alive today.

We don't wish to only blame these three judges for the death of Judge Layden Stevensen because they had the help of the dirty lawyers for the Governments of Canada and British Columbia and several government agencies who were party to the litigation who drew the formal legal documents that asked Justice Laden Stevensen to bend twist and pervert the law to benefit their clients and to cause harm to Mr. Carten and Ms. Gibbs.

These lawyers, Hugh Gwillim with the Government of British Columbia, Lisa Riddell and Brenda Carbonell with the Government of Canada, Michael Armstrong for the Law Society of British Columbia, and James Sullivan representing Themis Program Management and Consulting Ltd. were all part of a drity crooked little legal game that dirty crooked lawyers like to play and they drew in Judge Layden Stevenson and now she is dead from it and, in our opinion, they all guilty of the murder of Judge Layden Stevenson.
