On Tuesday April 25, 2017 US Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross (shown in photo on left) announced that the U.S. Commerce Department had decided to levy countervailing duties of between three and 24 per cent on Canadian imports of softwood lumber.

Ross told reporters that Canada is "generally a good neighbor," but "that doesn't mean they don't have to play by the rules."

"Things like this I don't regard as being a good neighbor, dumping lumber."

"It's not a question of President Trump 'messing' with the Canadians. We believe the Canadians violated legitimate practice" went on to say

US President Trump was more blunt in his assessment of Canadian cheating.

"People don't realize Canada's been very rough on the United States....they've outsmarted our politicians for many years so we did institute a very big tariff."

Vander Zalm, later a cabinet minister for both Canadian Prime Ministers Paul Martin and Stephen Harper, and now the B.C.'s lumber envoy for appointed by Premier Christy Clark called these moves a shakedown. "This shouldn't be described as anything other than that."

David Emerson knows all about "the shakedown practices" of British Columbia and Canada because British Columbia and Canada used those kind of dirty tactics when they cheated on trade deals with the United States way back in between 1989 and 1991 when they cheated Sun Belt Water Inc and tried to rip off the water consumers in the California by tiny to force water buyers in that State to pay artificially high water prices from WCW Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd.  that had a secret and illegal agreement with Her Majesty the Queen who holds all the water in trust for British Columbians and then cheated again and again.   

David Emerson is a key witness to the alleged crimes carried out by Premier Bill Vander Zalm and his Environment Minister Cliff Serwa when on March 15, 1991 they signed a fraudulent document that induced the Lieutenant Governor, David Lam, to sign Order in Council No 331 on March 18, 1991 that imposed the moratorium on the export of fresh water by marine tanker so they could cheat Sun Belt Water and force the Americans to use Western Canada Water.

David Emerson is also a witness to the stonewalling and refusal to treat Sun Belt Water Inc. with fairness and equity when he was a cabinet minister member of the Paul Martin and Stephen Harper government.

The death of former Alberta Premier Jim Prentice in a suspicious air crash on October 13, 2016 is starting to look more and more like a murder connected to the criminal gang surrounding Alberta Premier Rachel Notley that has links back to the corrupt Ministry of Justice in British Columbia and the British Columbia New Democratic Party that seeded and infiltrated the Alberta New Democratic Party.

What secret is Rachel Hiding? 

A lot of Albertans don't understand that crooked Rachel Notley got her start as a lawyer working as an assistant to the deeply crooked Attorney General of British Columba, Ujjal Dosanjh, who was a key figure on the Water War Crimes and who deliberately snubbed American Consular officials in Vancouver who asked Dosanjh to look into the case of Sun Belt Water Inc. where Attorney General lawyers were lying, cheating committing perjury and generally obstructing justice like Crown lawyers in British Columbia often do.

Rachel Notely was one of those lawyers and several of the other lawyers involved were murdered to cover up crimes committed.


Jim Prentice Is Silent Now

At the time, Dosanjh was advised by labour leader Ken Georgetti  who is now advising Rachel Notley in her current role as destructor of Alberta. 

Both Alberta and British Columbia are now under the influence of massive public service pension funds that control billions of dollars and are deeply involved in criminal activity connected to money laundering and drug trafficking.     

But, Karma has a funny way of catching up to people.

Jim Prentice, was a lawyer and a former  cabinet minister in former Prime Minister Harper's government and he  died in a suspicious air crash outside Kelowna, British Columbia.

Jim Prentice was part of the cabinet team that blocked the administration of justice in the lawsuit that Mr. Carten and Ms. Gibbs brought in the Federal Court against the Government of Canada and a group of co-conspirators who had caused them grief and harm because they assisted Sun Belt Water Inc. that was itself a victim of Canadian political crime.

What Harper's government did was a serious crime and eventually a Federal Court of Appeal judge Carolyn Layden Stevenson was murdered to cover up and Federal Department of Justice lawyer Eric Noel committed suicide although some say it was murder made to look like suicide.

Prentice quit the cabinet and left politics in November 2010. so he was not part of the murder of the judge but he knew of the dirty legal strategy and he remained silent while his partners in crimes moved it forward to its logical end.  Possibly he quit because he knew what Harper and his colleagues were doing was a crime.  Probably, former Prime Minister Harper could tell us a lot. 

Flying with Prentice, the pilot of the air plane, was Jim Kruk, a retired RCMP officer. The RCMP have been covering up and refusing to investigate the Water War Crimes for over 2 decades, as a result of RCMP failure to act, more than a few people have been murdered. 

At this time, we can't say if Jim Prentice was murdered because he knew too much and needed to be silenced of whether the law of karma came into play and he was rewarded with the infliction of harm, i.e. his death, because that is the price he had to pay for the harm he inflicted on others when as a cabinet minister he obstructed the course of justice.

The death of Jim Prentice reminds us of the sudden death of Jim Flaherty, another lawyer, who quit Harper's cabinet in March 2014 and was dead a month later. As lawyers both Jim Prentice and Jim Flaherty knew that the Harper strategy in the lawsuit filed by Mr. Carten and Ms. Gibbs was immoral unethical and  a serious crimes. 

On December 27, 2013 we predicted the upcoming death of Jim Flaherty.

Unfortunately, in Canada, especially in British Columbia many of the judges have gone bad and so have many lawyers, especially government lawyers.  In British Columbia and in other parts of Canada, lawyers and judges who are officers of the Queen's courts lie in their arguments and judgments, innocent people are sent to jail and have their property stolen by crooked lawyers and judges working for various criminal organizations.

The history of Judicial Corruption in British Columbia covers several decades.

According to reliable sources, back in the 1960's and 1970's there was the Three Mile Club a group of pedofile judges and lawyers who took little children out on cruise boats past the three mile limit to carry out the crimes of child sexual abuse. They changed their name to the 12 Mile Club when the territorial waters of Canada were extended to 12 miles. Because the crimes took place outside Canada the lawyers and judges could not be prosecuted.

The law was changed a few years ago and Canadian law now follows the criminal who commits child abuse outside Canada so when that person returns to Canada the law will prosecute him or her when, in the past, it could  not because the crimes, however heinous and inhuman, were not committed in Canada. A number of high profile Canadian lawyers, judges politicians and business people used to vacation regularly in Thailand for exactly that purpose. 
This should come as no surprise to discerning social observers because the problem of pedofilia among the so-called elites of society is rampant throughout the countries that were once part of the British Empire such as British Columbia and the other parts of Canada.  Sociologists have not yet developed a coherent theory to explain the existence of this peculiar phenomenon that is rapidly becoming exposed with advances in the newest great leveler, the social media.

The problems are not just confined to sexual perverts and there is a lot of financial crime going on in the courts that is not properly investigated or punished.  
For example, in the 1980's a legal and judicial mafia connected to present Court of Appeal Chief Justice Robert Bauman and Supreme Court of British Columbia Chief Justice Christopher Hinkson ripped off the taxpayers for an estimates $300 million by means of a fraudulent class action lawsuit agasint Dr. John David Kuntz be falsely claiming Dr. Kuntz had injured 1700 patents with his pioneering surgical techniques.

Kuntz (shown in above photo on left) had his career destroyed and now lives in poverty while Bauman and Hinkson went on to become the Chief Justices of the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of British Columbia where they are kingpins in the legal judicial mob that fixes case to  cover up and protect criminals including the legal and judicial conspiracy carried out against John Douglas English and his family (shown in centre photo with Premier Christy Clark).

The corruption got so out of control in the 1990's that some judges and lawyers were attendees at Willie Pickton's Good Times Place where innocent women were murdered on stage in front of jeering crowds of watchers and then cut up, butchered, and fed to pigs. The situation was so bad that human meat actually entered the food chain and threatened Canada's cattle industry when some of the cattle, fed animal feed made from the poor girls who were butchered, developed BSE or mad cow disease. A number of chicken factories were shut down and fumigated in a belated attempt to stop the spread of the human meat into the human population food chain.  Experts say it was too little and too late and that the effects are now working their way through the general population with increased levels of dementia which is one of the long term effects of eating human meat, or its derivatives by way of animal feed, even if it is cooked.

Of course, it wasn't just judges and lawyers at these events but you can be certain that the judges and lawyers who were thee were easily blackmailed afterwards exacerbating the problems of corruption in the courts.

The situation in Vancouver grew to be so bad in the 1990's that the RCMP candidly told the public that some judges in British Columbia were under the control of organized crime and in the early 2000's then RCMP Commissioner Zacardelli stated that "in the world of money laundering all roads lead to Vancouver". 
Money laundering is essentially a lawyers art and in order to keep the business going for the lawyers the corrupt Canadian courts, including Canada's long serving and, in our opinion, exceptionally crooked Supreme Court Chief Justice Beverley McLachlin declared that certain money laundering laws did not apply to lawyers.  It was a clever manipulation of the law by the lawyers and the judges, all of whom are lawyers, and the unelected judicial defiance of an elected parliament demonstrates just how crooked the Canada's courts have become.   

From 1993 to 2016 a number of crooked judges in British Columbia were involved in the Water War Crimes which led to a number of judicial and lawyer murders and from about 2010 onwards the two Chief Justices Hinkson and Bauman were involved in organizing some of the crimes that assisted a criminal mob inside the British Columbia civil service plan carry out the theft of the English family property on Vancouver Island.

These cases are not isolated examples. 

There are many cases of real injustice in Canada that are aided and abetted by certain members of the judiciary and certain law firms.

Lawyers employed by the Ministry of Justice, both Federal and Provincial, are very often key players in this despicable form of injustice and many judges, being appointed by and paid by the Criminal Gang in Government, are either willing accomplices or afraid to use their power to stop the injustice.

It is a sad state of affairs.

Prisons in some provinces are filled brimming with First Nations people because the judges lawyers and police are racists no better that the redneck honkies that once upon a time populated the American south. It is a historical fact that the Canadian province of Saskatchewan was once a bastion of the Klu Klux Klan claiming over 45,000 members.

Due to his position, Chief Justice Bauman was part of the group of Canadian dignitaries called out to meet Prince William and his family when they arrived in Victoria on September 25, 2016 which is a charming royal co-incidence because while we write this he and his pal Christopher are under investigation by the RCMP, the Canadian Judicial Council and other authorities for corruption.

According to eyewitnesses, Bob Bauman was not looking like a happy camper when he was in the group of dignitaries called out to meet Prince William and his model wife.
Bob Bauman is not stupid and he knows that news of the criminals on his Court of Appeal and in the Supreme Court of British Columbia has, by now, now reached the head office of Canada at Buckingham Palace.

Will Bauman be executed by the Queen?

Did British Columbia Premier Christy Clark Fire The Top Civil Servant in British Columbia Over Corruption Issues?

A few weeks after Canadian Prime Minister Trudeau fired Canada's top civil servant, British Columbia Premier Christy Clark announced that British Columbia's top civil servant John Dyble (shown in photo on left) would be leaving too.

Mr. Dyble was appointed to the position of "the boss" of the civil service in March 2011 and held the job throughout the tenure of Premier Clark who took over the job of Premier in February 2011.

The official news release media reported that Mr. Dyble had decided to retire but the timing of his leaving and the crimes that have taken place under his leadership leads our editors to believe that Dyble was either fired or quit because he was the target of the criminal investigation that is focussed on the highest levels of government in British Columbia.



Justice Layden-Stevenson 

In was during Dyble's tenure as British Columbia's top civil servant that insiders at the Government of British Columbia and Canada plotted and carried out the murder of Federal Court of Appeal Justice Carolyn Layden Stevenson who was lured into a death trap when she was assigned to the lawsuit filed in Canada's Federal Court by Mr. Carten and Ms. Gibbs and was corruptly influenced to deliver a crooked judgment that was contrary to the Magna Carta.  Investigators report she was later murdered as part of the cover up.

Mr. Dyble may not have been directly responsible for these crimes but as the top civil servant in the BC Government he was responsible for the corporate that led others to think they could carry out these crimes with impunity.

 

At the height of his career John Dyble was earning a huge salary of over $300,000 per year while other people, human beings who pay some of the highest consumer taxes on the planet, were homeless and sleeping on the streets of Vancouver, Victoria and other cities and towns in British Columbia.

The termination of the career of John Dyble follows the previously announced retirement of Dan Doyle who stepped down from his position of Chief of Staff to Premier Clark on December 15, 2015.  Doyle was a key player in the looting of the English family lands because when he was Chairman of BC Hydro employees of BC Hydro trespassed on the English family land, broke open a locked gate and proceed to destroy an access bridge thereby destroying any chance the the English family could pay their bills as they came due and preventing them from obtaining re-financing to repay their mortgage.  Doyle's replacement at BC Hydro Charles Reid suddenly stepped down in May of 2014 when his role in this bit corruption was published on this blog and, of course, the top man at BCIMC Doug Pearce,  had his career destroyed in August and September 2013 when his role in the

These resignations are a clear demonstration of the power of the social media when artfully used in the pursuit of truth and justice is a powerful weapon against enemies in high places.
