On Tuesday April 25, 2017 US Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross (shown in photo on left) announced that the U.S. Commerce Department had decided to levy countervailing duties of between three and 24 per cent on Canadian imports of softwood lumber.

Ross told reporters that Canada is "generally a good neighbor," but "that doesn't mean they don't have to play by the rules."

"Things like this I don't regard as being a good neighbor, dumping lumber."

"It's not a question of President Trump 'messing' with the Canadians. We believe the Canadians violated legitimate practice" went on to say

US President Trump was more blunt in his assessment of Canadian cheating.

"People don't realize Canada's been very rough on the United States....they've outsmarted our politicians for many years so we did institute a very big tariff."

Vander Zalm, later a cabinet minister for both Canadian Prime Ministers Paul Martin and Stephen Harper, and now the B.C.'s lumber envoy for appointed by Premier Christy Clark called these moves a shakedown. "This shouldn't be described as anything other than that."

In the Editors opinion, Elizabeth Bennett (shown in photo on right) is a crooked judge.

In the late 1990's prominent British Columbia Justice John Bouck (shown in photo on left) wrote a series of articles that were published in the local newspaper describing how the courts were organized, like a hockey team, with Team A and Team B, and how certain judges were selected by the Chief Justice for certain cases.

Basically, Justice John Bouck was telling the public that the court system was crooked and the Chief Justice was behind the crookedness by rigging cases through the use of judges he could rely on to render the verdict he wanted.

Elizabeth Bennett is one of those judges. 

Elizabeth Bennett first came to public attention in 2001 when she was assigned to fix the outcome of the case against former Premier Glen Clark who had been removed from office by Canadian Prime Minister Jean Chretien and his gang who arranging for the RCMP to lay a bogus criminal charge against the Premier and they needed a Jean Chretien appointed judge who could be relied on to manage the trial. Otherwise, the truth might come out and Jean Chretien or, at least his pals who set up Clark, would go to jail instead of Premier Clark.

The Chief Justice, at that time, was Donald Brenner, who was deeply connected to Jean Chretien and his gang and who was also part of the a judicial criminal gang  that made an illegal ruling that was contrived to put Mr. Carten in jail for 40 days in 1998.    

Justice Bennett performed her role well. The trial was managed.  Glen Clark's political career was ruined and the truth about Prime Minister Chretien and his pals was never revealed.

The public in British Columbia owe a great debt to Justice Bouck.  He stood up for the integrity of the justice system and told the truth about how the justice system is manipulated like a puppet show from behind the scenes and he didn't just complain but actually made a very sensible suggestion for reform.

Justice Bouck recommended that the Supreme Court Act be amended and that the Chief Justice be elected by his brother judges for a term of 5 years. The recommendation has been adopted by the Canadian Committee for Constitutional Courts.

When Mr. Carten appeared before Justice Bennett (shown in photo on left) at the Court of Appeal for British Columbia in April 2015, he asked her to withdraw from the case because she was closely connected to his political enemies that corrupted the court process against himself and his clients, especially Sun Belt Water Inc.

Justice Bennett refused to withdraw and made an order that effectively cut off all of Mr. Carten's retirement income for the rest of his life contrary to the law. She did it. She knew that she was breaking her judicial oath but she did it anyway.  Basically, she signed her death warrant.

About one month later, Mr. Carten appeared in the Court of Appeal to assist John English and his family who  are the victims of a violent criminal conspiracy carried civil servants with the Government of British Columbia.

 Elizabeth Bennett was on the panel of three judges assigned to hear the case and she wasn't looking well.

She looked as if she had aged 10 years in the four weeks since her crooked judgment against Mr. Carten. This is how the physiology of a criminal judge responds especially when they are caught red handed.

The appointment of Elizabeth Bennett to the case involving the English family strongly suggests the case is being rigged by Chief Justice Bauman (shown in photo on right) who is taking orders from someone inside the Government of British Columbia or Canada.
If the reader looks closely at the face of Justice Robert Bauman one can see the blotches that are characteristic of the curse that afflicted the judges of ancient Ireland when they made false judgments.

This is the same disease that afflicted Canadian politician Jim Flaherty and contributed to his early death.  An early grave awaits a crooked judge so readers should keep their eyes on both Justice Elizabeth Bennett and Chief Justice Robert Bauman.

Former French President, Nicholas Sarkozy, under investigation for criminal activity by the French Police, has fled to Canada where he is hiding out under the protection of one of Canada's foremost water billionairies, Paul Desmarais, a political puppet master who has pulled the strings that controlled Canadian Prime Ministers Pierre Trudeau, Brian Mulroney, Jean Chretien and Paul Martin. Mr. Desmarais is a suspected insider in the Water War Crimes.

At the present time the Editors have no direct evidence linking Canadian billionaire, Paul Desmarais, to the Water War Crimes. However, due to his position as a member of Canada's secretive governing council, the Privy Council, and as the political puppet master who pulled the strings that controlled Canada's Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau, Prime Minister Brian Mulroney, Prime Minister Jean Chretien and Prime Minister Paul Martin, all of whom were key Canadian politicians during the development and execution of the the Water War Crimes, it is a reasonable inference to assume that Mr. Demarais played a role in the scheme to use government powers to create one vast bulk water export monopoly supplying Canadian water to the American market and to Mexico.  
Through his ownership of Power Corporation, Mr. Desmarais has had maintained significant interests in the water business and he would have readily forseen the vast profits that could be made from controlling a bulk water export monopoly. Did he also understand that embarking upon such a scheme was also a serious criminal act? The answer to this question is unnecessary, because, as any first year law student and many an unfortunate criminal will tell you,
ignorance of the law is not an excuse.

If Mr. Desmarais was a directing mind in the scheme to use Canadian government powers to create a Canadian bulk water export company then, in the Editors opinion, he was a part of an criminal conspiracy to violate US Anti Trust laws and could find himself in an American jail, like other prominent Canadians, who have thought that because they are in Canada they are immune from American law enforcement agencies.

The Canadian government continues to conceal the identities of those behind the scheme to control Canada's water export wealth and Mr. Desmarais must remain a suspect until the Government of Canada reveals the truth and prosecutes the wicked.

In France, the Desmarais family is linked by Sophie Desmarais’ ex-husband, Eric Le Moyne de Serigny, to the political financing scandal known as the Bettencourt case that is believed to be behind Sarkozy's sudden visit to Canada. While he was president of France, Nicholas Sarkozy sold several French state owned public companies to private entities in which the Demarais controlled Power Corporation of Canada had a stake and the Demarais family is indebted to the former French President. The difficulty for the Desmarais family and Mr. Sarkozy is how much does Sarkozy know and is he a liability to the family. Could the evidence of Sarkozy put the Paul Desmarias or one of his children in a French prison cell before the Americans authorities extradite him?

Mario Lague - Death Stalks Ottawa - Number 14 - The Prophecy Is Unfolding

"It is only July now . . . . but I expect to see more obituaries of insiders connected to the Water War Crimes " stated British Columbia lawyer John Carten in an audio tape recorded July, 2010, that can be listened to at the Homepage at http://www.naftawaterwarcrimes.com and on August 12, 2010, Water War Crimes insider Mario Lague's was dead. 

Mario Lague's death is part of the unfolding pattern of predicted "destruction and death".

"More destruction and death" was predicted in a May 2010 e-mail to Prime Minister Harper and his colleagues immediately after the sudden death of British Columbia Provincial Court Chief Judge Stansfield on May, 7, 2009, whose death Mr. Carten had earlier predicted on April 20, 2009, in a private e-mail that was being followed by the authoritiers in Canada and, probably, elsewhere. .

Two years later on April 20, 2010, in the wake of the recent death (Feb 25, 2010) of retired civil servant and Water War Insider Jack Ebbels, Mr. Carten warned Madam Justice Gauthier that the Federal Court lawsuit (T-95-08) should be settled soon or he there would be more deaths. Mario Lague's sudden death is a fulfillment of that prophecy also.

Sixteen days later, on May 6, 2010, the Angel of Death reached out for Water War Crimes insider,former Clerk of thr Privy Council Glen Shortliffe who died from a sudden unexpected heath attack. Mr. Shortliffe was death number 13 of the Water War Crimes insiders since January, 10, 2006, shortly after we began to expose the crimes by the insiders.

Immediately afterwards, on June 1, 2010,  former Clerk of the Privy Council and suspect Water War Crimes insider Michael Pitfiled suddenly, without notice, resigned his seat in the Canadian Senate effective June 1, 2010, a resignation that brought to mind  of the sudden regisntioan of Canada's Deputy Minister of Justice John Simss  announced three weeks after the sudden death of Jack Ebbels.

Did John Sims and Michael Pitfiled leave Ottawa because they knew something or someone was murdering the Water War Crimes insiders?

As if cheated by the failure of Chreiten to die, in accordance with Mr. Carten's prophecy, the Angel Of Death hunted down Water War Crimes insider from Mario Lague on August 11, 2010 while he was riding his motor cycle ot work . 

A couple of deaths is a co-incidence, 14 deaths is proof of an underlying causal relationship.
