The Water War Crimes are the the crimes carried out by political, legal, judicial and business insiders, in Canada, who attempted to swindle control of a bulk water export monopoly over the export of fresh water from Canada to the United States and Mexico, the subsequent viscous personal attack on British Columbia lawyer John Carten by the Governments of Canada and British Columbia because, as a lawyer, he was embarked on a path that would expose their crimes that included a dispicable criminal attack upon Ms. Karen Gibbs and her children because she was assisting Mr. Carten at the time.

From March 1, 2015, this blog will attempt to publish the ongoing posts on the New Developments page at the Water War Crimes web site. We attempted to do that in the past but missed a big chunk of time and hope to be able to keep it regular now that we have some extra time.

The Water War Crimes web site tells the story in great detail and we add updates because the case is unfolding.

The Canadian media will not report the story so we have used the internet to publicize the crimes by the insiders and the corruption in Canada's judicial, legal and political systems.

In the process, we have systematically destroyed many of our enemies but the governments of British Columbia and Canada continue to refuse a fair and equitable settlement and we continue our quest for redress in Canada's crooked court system and so more insiders are compromised and then murdered or mysteriously drop dead.

Twelve crooked judges involved were exposed as crooks and suddenly died. We think some of those judges were murdered. Six Chief Justices who manipulated the system against us were exposed and resigned, one was murdered and the other committed suicide.

Politicians, lawyers and civil servants who abused their positions of power were exposed, resigned or, suddenly, dropped dead. The death toll now stands at over forty and is likely to rise. The list of the sudden deaths linked to the Water War Crimes is published on the web site page entitled the Graveyard of the Guilty.

A remnant of the crooked political, judicial and legal insiders within the Governnments of Canada and British Columbia and some of Canada's most powerful law firms have effectively used their influence to manipulate Canada's judiciary to get the case thrown out without any hearing on its merits.

The insiders are desperate and periodically they lash out at Mr. Carten with illegal jailings, malicious prosecutions and other crooked legal tactics.

In February 2016, the Law Society of British Columbia commenced a vile attempt to destroy Mr. Carten again because he was helping some people who were victims of a criminal lawyer / judge gang operating in the courts.

This is a huge story that has been suppressed and mis-represented by the Canadian media and it continues to influence Canadian politics to this day.

Prime Minister Harper Goes Hiding in the Forest While US Political Leader Nancy Pelosi Visits Ottawa


Concurrent with US Democratic House Leader Nancy Pelosi's visit. the Globe and Mail, Canada's national policy shaper and mind control instrument, continues its project of re-shaping Canadian public opinion on the issue of bulk water exports.


Click here to go to Globe story entitled "Water Resources declining in southern Canada" that follows upon last week's story by Jeff Rubin "Water: Canada's Most Prescious Resource" suggesting that Canada re-think its water export policies. The importance of the second article is that the solution to both issues will be massive water diversions from northern Canada that in our opinion are already agreed on.


The Globe and Mail played a significant role in the Water War Crimes by misleading the Canadian and world public in 2000 when these issues ended the careers of Supreme Court of Canda Chief Justice, Antonio Lamer, and Supreme Court of British Columbia Chief Justice, Bryan Williams. In our opinion, in 2000, the Globe and Mail became party to a government fraud against the Canadian public through misrepresentation of the facts related to the William's resignation.

These two recent Globe articles were timed to coincide with US Democratic House Leader, Nancy Pelosi's visit to Ottawa where she met various Canadian dignitaries including Francine Demarais, the daughter of Water War Crimes king pin, Prime Minister Jean Chretien, who narrowly escaped being interred in the Graveyard of the Guilty as death number 14 in the Water War Crimes, when a blood vessel blew out inside his head in early August. Denied his victim, the Angel of Death went hunting and located Canadian Liberal Party Leader Michael Ignatief's Communications Director, Mario Lague, a suspected Water War Crimes insider not named in the lawsuit and the Angel of Death drove Mario Lague and his motorcycle into another vehicle - death number 14.  Incidentally, Lague had been with Canada's secret ruling body the Privy Council from 1998 to 2003 when many of the Water War Crimes were carried out in the Canadian Courts which have now become compromised due to rampant executive branch interference in political cases. 

Showing continued disdain for American visitors, Prime Minister Harper chose to travel to Canada's hinterland so he would be absent when the second most powerful politicians in the United States was travelling to Canada. This may explain why Italian Canadian, Guy Giorno, Prime Minister Harper's Chief of Staff quit his position the week before Ms. Pelosi's visit.  Ms. Pelosi is a prominent American of Italian heritage and the Prime Ministerial snub is now a matter of public record.  At least, Mr. Giorno can walk with his head high in Toronto's Italian Community from whence he hails.


In June 2008, Canadian Prime Minister Harper showed similar disdain for prominent American Senators McCain and Lindsey, who on June 10, 2008, from Boston, announced their intention to visit Ottawa on June 20, 2008, prompting Prime Minister Harper to leave the City to hide in Canada's back woods. 

 Shortly after that visit, Water War Crimes insider and Canadian Foreign Affairs Minister, David Emerson, the man Prime Minister Harper appointed to meet with the two senators, quit politics.

British Columbia Premier Gordon Campbell Travels To China For Instruction


British Columbia Premier, Gordon Campbell, and his escort / mistress Lara Dauphinee, (shown in photo at right) took yet another visit to China this week. Campbell visits China, regularly, when in deep political trouble at home.

Astute observers ask whether Campbell will be meeting with certain high level Canadian political insiders who are hiding out in China and who are wanted for questioning by the FBI.

In July, 2008, Canada's then Foreign Minister David Emerson, a major Water War Crimes insider, took a visit to China after a private meeting with US Senators John McCain and Graham Lindsey in Ottawa - a meeting Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper artfully avoided. Shortly after returning from China, Foreign Minister Emerson announced he would be leaving politics.

With his popularity sagging in the polls and his flip flop statements about retirement, the intelligent observer suggests Gordon Campbell is seeking instructions from the same people David Emerson took instructions from and that, like Emerson, Campbell will make a announcement of his retirement shortly after he returns to British Columbia.
