The corruption surrounding Maximus Inc. and Themis Program Management and Consulting Ltd., major players in the Water War Crimes  and the underhanded government attack onf Mr. Carten became a little dirtier and little more sordid when it was revealed that FMEP Acting Director, Ringo Dosanjh, is passiing lucrative legal work to alleged family member and Vancouver lawyer Assem Dosanjh who is the son of the notorious former Attorney General and Premier Ujjal Dosanjh who appointed Chris Beresford to be the Director of FMEP with "Ringo" as his side-kick assistant to make sure Chris Beresford kept the business in the family.

Former Attorney General and British Columbia Premier Ujjal Dosanjh played a major role in the Water War Crimes and their cover up.  He has been greatly assisted by the oppressive tactics of Chris Beresford and the gangtsters and goons at FMEP.

Why are all these Dosanjh names coming up in the operations of FEMP and Themis Program Management and Consulting Ltd. a company with close links to the dirty former Premier /Attorney General and present NDP leader Adrian Dix who was also part of the Water War Crimes cover up by the Premier Glen Clark Gang that compounded those crimes by allegedly ordering underlings to commit fraud perjury and obstruction of justice, inserting crooked judges into cases involving Mr. Carten and railroading him off to jail. 



Assem Dosanjh

It is a matter of public record that legal counsel for Themis Program Management and Consulting Ltd was Assem Dosanjh in a a major lawsuit brought by British Columbia resident Bob Angus for human rights violations.  

The senior partner at the law firm of Vertlieb Dosanjh is Law Society bencher Art Vertlieb who is a close ally of Law Society bencher Ujjal Dosanjh, Assem's father.

In the Editor's opinion, the system works like this, after Assem Dosanjh is on the case, Art Vertlieb and or his fellow law society bencher, Ujjal Dosanjh, reaches out to his contacts in the judiciary and the case by Bob Angus is fixed by a judge who obtained his her position with the assistance of Ujjal Dosanjh when he was Attorney General and Premier and Assem Dosanjh and his law partner wins a big fee from a client that has loads of money extorted from innocent citizens through its gangster like operations.

This is how legal and judicial corruption works in British Columbia, Canada.

Ringo Dosanjh

However, Assem Dosanjh and Ujjal Dosanjh are on the outside, meaning that they don't work inside the Government, so, in order to get lucrative government legal contract with Themis directed to a family member, they need someone on the inside and this explains why Ringo Dosanjh, is the the Deputy Director of the Family Maintenance Enforcement Program.

In the editors political opinion, Assem Dosanjh got the lucrative legal contract to defend Themis Program Management and Consulting Ltd. against the lawsuit filed by Bob Angus, because FMEP Deputy Director, Ringo Dosanjh, and Assem Dosanjh are related to Ujjal Dosanjh and the FMEP Director, Chris Beresford, got his job as a result of favours he did for Ujjal Dosanjh when Chris Beresford was a lowly public relations clerk inside Ministry of the Attorney General for British Columbia when Ujjal Dosanjh was Attorney General and Premier. Dosanjh took care of Beresford and now Beresford is taking care of Dosanjh, Dosanjhj and Dosanjh because he, his wife and his children are indebted to Ujjal Dosanjh who gave Mr. Beresford the lucrative job that he has kept for almost ten years depsite widespread dissatisfaction with his illegal gangster tactics that violate human rights that are supposedly guaranteed by International Treaty and that are supposedly guaranteed by the Canadian Charter of Rights that judges use to protects criminals but will not use to protect fathers who are trying to support a family.

Chris Beresford receives a salary of $104,000 per year and Karanbir "Ringo" Dosanjh receives a salary of $87,000 per year on the backs of decent honest hardworking individuals like Bob Angus whose financial life, ability to work, privacy rights and human rights are regularly destroyed by the "garbage humans" employed by the British Columbia Family Mainetnance Enforcement Program, Themis Program Management and Consulting Ltd. and Maximus Inc. A "garbage human" is a human being, without conscience or compassion, who follows the law, like a good little Nazi Gestapo Police Officer, smiling and masturbating while prodding Jews and other innocent and decent humans with his bayonet. These "garbage humans" are in many positions in the Government of British Columbia. They are a curse on humanity. They have ruined innocent families and children who have already suffered the hard times that come from a unhappy marriage breakdown. They have destroyed children. They have lined their pockets and filled their bank accounts. The get rich on the misery they inflict on others. The story of human depravity linked to Ujjal Dosanjh and Chris Beresford is suppressed news in British Columbia.

A decade ago, when Ujjal Dosanjh was Premier, the Reverend Kevin Annett, an internationally recognized Canadian whistleblower, was making public complaints that Dosanjh was permitting child sexual abuse to take place at Vancouver's prestigious Vancouver Club where little children were provided for sexual exploitation by prominent people. Instead of putting the criminals in jail, the Attorney General initiated a civil action against Annett to obtain a court order to silence him. The abuse continued. The judge appointed to the case was also a well known paedophile that supported Themis Program Management and Consulting Ltd. in its gangster like tactics. Incidentally, all reference to the case against Annett has now been removed from the government operated database of court decisions which illustrates how corrupt the judicial administration has become in British Columbia.

To his credit Reverend Annett did the right thing, ignored the dirty judge and his ruling, kept on speaking out and, eventually, a dirty child abusing judge (named Ramsay) was put in jail and some unknown person appears to have executed Judge James Taylor.

Wise investors are quietly moving their money out of British Columbia that is now a swamp of legal, administrative and judicial corruption where there is widespread use of cocaine marijuana, and other intoxicants by government employees, the legal profession and, even, the judiciary prompting some citizen to suggest the government institute mandatory random drug and alcohol testing for all participants in the justice system.

Premier Christy Clark Fires Head of Securities Commission

Unreported in Canada's mainstream media, Premier Christy Clark, and her colleagues, fired or terminated Douglas Hyndman from his lofty sinecure as Chairman of the British Columbia Securities Commission by Order In Council made May 28, 2012. Mr. Hyndam was paid an obscene and outrageous salary (from British Columbia taxpayers money) of $523,000.00 in 2010/2011.

From 1987 to 2012, Douglas Hyndman was the man in responsible for supervising much of the activity at the Vancouver Stock Exchange, one of the great crime scenes of the Western World.

At this time, we do not have enough information to determine if Douglas Hyndman is a crook but the investigation continues.

The British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) was established by the Government of British Columbia to supervise and regulate securities trading, i.e. the stock market, in British Columbia.

Mr. Hyndman was appointed Chairman of the BCSC, in 1987, by the notorious Premier Bill Vander Zalm who, like every elected British Columbia Premier after him, was forced from office due to a corruption scandal. And, those elected politicians, Michael Harcourt, Glen Clark, and Gordon Campbell, continued to keep Mr. Hyndman in office, for 25 long years, until Premier Christy Clark finally showed some courage, did the right thing, and rescinded his appointment. Praise God, Premier Clark.

Under Mr. Hyndman's, arguably incompetent and/or corrupt, supervision the Vancouver Stock Exchange grew from a modertaely corrupt regional stock exchange into a major player in a den of world wide money laundering, racketeerring, fraud and corruption.

The situation was so bad that Canada's former top cop, RCMP Commissioner Zacardelli, stated: "When it comes to international money laundering, all roads lead to Vancouver".
Put simply, Douglas Hyndman should have been removed from his job two decades ago but successive corrupt Premiers refused to do the job for reasons that have yet to be explained.

In relation to the Water War Crimes, Hyndman was Chairman of the BCSC when W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd. was touting and selling its shares based on the secret illegal agreement it had made with the Government of British Columbia that gave it an exceedlngly favourable position in the marketplace. Hyndman turned a blind eye and a major stock market fraud took place with many investors losing millions upon millions of dollars.

The Editors believe that the British Columbia New Democratic Party and its members made a major mistake when it selected Adrian Dix to be its leader for the next election which will be called in 2013 and where Premier Christy Clark will be his opponent.  

Mr. Dix had been Chief of Staff to former Premier Glen Clark and Premier Clark was well informed of the corruption taking place at the Vancouver Stock Exchange under the negligent or corrupt supervision of Mr. Douglas Hyndman. In fact, Premier Clark made several speeches in the legislature were he railed and ranted about the "crime scene" known as the Vancouver Stock Exchange but when he was elected to the premier's office, Premier Glen Clark and his roomate / Chief of Staff, Adrian Dix, forgot about those speeches, they forgot about the public interest and they did nothing about Douglas Hyndman the man who is arguably most responsible for the massive corruption that took place at the Vancouver Stock Exchange while he was Chairman of the BCSC from 1987 to 2012.

To be fair to Mr. Dix while he was Mr. Clark's office he had to follow orders from his boss but in April, 2011, Adrian Dix became leader of the NDP Party and he has remained silent about the continuing presence of Douglas Hyndman at the British Columbia Securities Commission which, abjectly and miserably, failed to stop the massive stock market fraud taking place on the Vancouver Stock Exchange - the scene of some of the biggest stock market swindles in Canada - for 25 long years.  

By following the career of Douglas Hyndman one can make a better judgment of his probable involvement in the Water War Crimes.

Hyndman`s online resume states he joined the Ministry of Finance in 1975 and worked as staff member of the Treasury Board until 1984 when he became the Assistant Deputy Minister responsible for the Treasury Board where he remained to 1987.

During this period, he would have been in a position to influence and guide the emerging British Columbia government policies which were favouring W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd. It is a certainty that he would have regularly had dealings with the Canadian Federal Treasury Board in Ottawa that was also using its powers to favour W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd. It is probable the Douglas Hyndman met and knew James "Jim" Whiteside who had worked in a senior position with the Federal Treasury Board but who suddenly moved to British Columbia where W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd. became his first with his newly established financial advisory business

When W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd. was ready to seek public financing through the use of false and misleading documents to be filed with the Vancouver Stock Exchnage and the British Colubmia Securities Commission, Douglas Hyndman, a man with absolutely no private business experience, was inserted as Chairman of the British Colubmia Securities Commission, the public body charged with the responsiblity of insuring the investing public were protected from swindlers, fraud artists, deceivers, cheats and the like. This appointment would have been approved by the Ministry of the Attorney General where many of the Water War Crimes took place and where the crooked Robert Edwards was the Deputy Minister.

The Editors are of the opinion that that the appointment of Douglas Hyndman to the British Columbia Securites Commission was part of a deliberate plan to insure that W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd. would be permitted to carry on its dirty business of ripping off the public without sanction from the responsible public authority.

As a general rule, a person who was at the crime scene when the crime was carried out is regarded as a suspect until proved otherwise. Certainly, Douglas Hyndman should be taken in for questioning by the police.

The Honourable Peter Kent, federal Minister of the Environment and the Honourable Terry Lake, British Columbia Minister of the Environment, announced today that a Joint Agreement has been signed for the co-operative environmental assessment, including a review by a joint panel, of the Site C Clean Energy Project in British Columbia.
The final agreement specifies the process for conducting the review, outlines the joint review panel terms of reference and identifies the timelines associated with key steps of the co-operative process.
Following a 30-day public consultation period held in October 2011, comments received by the Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency and the B.C. Environmental Assessment Office were considered, and the agreement was finalized.

Next Steps:

Background:

BC Hydro and Power Authority proposes to construct and operate a dam and 1,100-megawatt hydroelectric generating station on the Peace River in northeastern B.C. The proposed project would be the third in a series of dams on the B.C. portion of the Peace River. The project components are an earthfill dam 1,050 metres long and 60 metres high, an 1,100-megawatt generating station and associated structures, an 83-km long reservoir, realignment of four sections of Highway 29 and two 77-km transmission lines along an existing transmission line right-of-way connecting Site C to the existing provincial power grid.
The Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency administers the federal environmental assessment process, which identifies the environmental effects of proposed projects and measures to
address those effects in support of sustainable development.
The British Columbia Environmental Assessment Office manages the provincial environmental assessment process, which examines major projects for potential environmental, economic, social, heritage and health effects that may occur during the lifecycle of a project and identifies strategies to prevent or reduce potential adverse effects.

The Water Dragon is reputed to be a great danger to persons in high places who have been part of a criminal conspiracy or a cover up of a criminal conspiracy because the Water Dragon can see through the veils that are maintained to cover up criminal mis-conduct.

Although the Chinese New Year commences on January 23 there are increasing rumours that the Royal Family is on the run and facing financial disaster.

This web site began predicting the demise of the English Royal family in September, 2011, shortly after Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper and his colleagues were advised of new information that alleged that Queen Elizabeth and her husband Prince Phillip has been secret investors in the diabolical scheme to loot the water export revenues that Canada would earn from

exporting fresh water to the United States and Mexico.

The truth of these allegations is now corroborated by the refusal of the Government in Canada issue a formal denial notwithstanding the fact that the allegations have been made in official comunications to its lawyers and have been filed in pleadings in the Canadian Federal Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.

The difficulties faced by Canadian Prime Minister Harper should not be underestimated. As a well known royalist, Harper would have been shocked, stunned and dis-oriented by the news that Queen Elizabeth and her husband had broken their solemn obligations and acted in a way that sought to undermine the sovereignty of Canada. Furthermore, as a staunch ally of the United States and a man with a reputation for integrity and honesty in his dealings with American presidents, Bush and Obama, Harper was now in a very embarrassing position due to the past activities of his allegedly disloyal Queen.

Queen Elizabeth, who had previously publicly embarrassed US President Obama at a state diner at Buckingham Palace, was now facing a huge public scandal that could leave her reputation completely destroyed throughout the British Commonwealth and dis-enfranchise her family including the newly crafted celebrity, Prince William, from the continued occupation of the Thrones of Canada and her other Commonwealth Realms.

On December 14, 2011, this web site posted the first predictions of a possible early death of one or more members of the Royal family in the coming months and as if in rush to fulfill the prophecy Prince Phillip was suddenly rushed to hospital on December 23, 2011, where his life was saved through high level medical intervention.

Today, former Forbes Magazine editor and now world famous international geo-political and global financial analyst, Benjamin Fulford, a Canadian who lives in Japan, has revealed that certain global powers "have issued a warning to the British Royal Family that they must replace Elizabeth with her son Harry by April 1st of this year."  Of course royal watchers know that Harry is not the son of Queen Elizabeth but is her grandson and, according to some royal watchers , a step grandson. So, the statement attributed to Mr. Fulford contains an obvious mistake.
For those who are unaware of the significance of these matters, it has long been suspected that Harry is not the legitimate son of Prince Charles but comes from another line of descent which means that Harry, but not his older brother William, would be entitled to occupy the Throne of Canada if Queen Elizabeth and her progeny were disqualified. due to corrupt practices. This is now a distinct possibility due to revelations of royal involvement in the Canadian water scandal.

Prime Ministers Fret While Queen Elizabeth Sweats

United Kingdom (British) Prime Minister David Cameron paid a visit to Ottawa, Canada's capital city, on September 22nd and 23rd, 2011, after he and Canadian Prime Minister Harper held secret meetings with American officials in New York City on Spetember 20 and 21.

Sources advise the private meeting in Canada was arranged approximately two weeks prior at the request of Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper who was advised, in August, 2011, that Queen Elizabeth II and/or other members of the Royal family had been secret investors in W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd., the company at the heart of the illegal scheme to loot Canada's water export revenues.

The allegation was backed up by sworn evidence filed in an affidaivt in a Canadian court and is serious enough that, if true, Queen Elizabeth II and her family will be forced to vacate the Throne of Canada which would then have a domino effect around the British Commonwealth and, of course, in the mother country of England.

How could England keep Queen Elizabeth II on the throne after the Canadians had tossed her out for being a crook?

Canadians and their English cousins are now asking if Canadian Prime Minister Harper and U.K. Prime Minister Cameron are secretly plotting the removal of Queen Elizabeth II from the Thrones of England and Canada.

Immediately after the meeting with British Prime Minister Cameron, Prime Minister Harper hurried back to New York City where he was reported to be involved in high level meetings with American officials who are aware of the allegations and evidence that implicates Queen Elizabeth and others in the Water War Crimes.

On this web site we recently posted information from a reliable third party source in Vancouver that corroborated previously obtained evidence that implicated Queen Elizabeth II and members of the Royal family as secret investors in the illegal scheme to loot the water export wealth of British Columbia.

Due to the high sensitivity of this information and the constitutional crisis that could ensue for Canada and the British Commonwealth countries if it is true, efforts were made to corroborate the veracity of the allegations by contacting Prime Minister Stephen Harper and his colleagues along with the Queen's representative in Canada, Governor General Johnson.

To date, the response from Prime Minister Harper, his colleagues at the Privy Council of Canada and Governor General Johnson has been a deafening silence.

Of course, Prime Minister Harper and other members of the Queen's Privy Council of Canada, including Governor General Johnson, are sworn to secrecy and must not violate the Queen's confidences or they will face 25 years in jail.

However, the editors at the Water War Crimes site are not bound by such legal restraints and, in the pursuit of truth, must conclude that if Prime Minister Harper, his colleagues at the Queen's Privy Council of Canada and Governor General Johnson do not issue a complete, unequivocal, and unambiguous denial of the allegation then the allegation must be accepted as true which means, in legal terms, that Queen Elizabeth II must resign from the office that she holds at the pleasure of Canada's Parliament.

Michel Trudeau, Pierre Trudeau's youngest son, allegedly, died from an accident on Friday, November 13, 1998. The accidental death was, supposedly, caused by a naturally occurring avalanche in the Canadian Rocky Mountains. There is one glaring problem with that theory of his death.

In an interesting co-incidence that may not be a co-incidence at all, Friday, the 13th, is a day selected by some killers to send a message because of its symbolism arising from the massacre of Knights Templar, the alleged precursor of the modern Freemasons, by the Pope and his agents, on Friday the 13th in 1307. Pierre Trudeau was a prominent and public Roman Catholic but, some suspect, he was also a Freemason, or swung both ways, as they say, which makes sense because Trudeau had Scottish antecedents on his mother's side and married a Sinclair, a family closely linked to Freemasonry.

It is also an interesting co-incidence that may not be a co-incidence at all, that Michel Trudeau was nearly killed on July 17, 1998 when his motor vehicle was broadsided by another vehicle while he was driving in Portage la Prairie, Manitoba, Canada. On July 17, 1918, one of the most significant assassinations in modern history took place when Tsar Nicholas II of Russia and his entire family were executed by the Bolsheviks exactly one year (a birthday present?) after King George V of England declared the British Royal Family would henceforth bear the name Winsdor. If Michel Trudeau has died on July 17, 1998 in a freak, supposed, accident, the symbolism would not have been lost on Pierre Trrudeau who was a great friend of the Communists.

Students of ritual murder will recall that when Princess Dianna was killed the car she was driving hit the 13 th pillar in the tunnel. According to the RCMP, Canada's national police force, whose members investigated the so-called accident, the body of Michel Trudeau was never found so the cause of death is "officially" unknown.

There is now reason to think that Michel Trudeau may have been murdered as part of a warning to Pierre Trudeau and his friends in Canada's Queen's Privy Council, who knew about the secret investments of Queen Elizabeth II and the Royal family, that they had better keep their mouths shut.

We caution the reader that this is speculation. At this time, there is no direct, credible, evidence linking the possible murder of Michel Trudeau to Queen Elizabeth II and the Royal family (except the key component of motive if they were investors as alleged) but the timing of the death, the high level of secrecy surrounding the insiders in the Water War Crimes, and the recent un-denied revelations that Queen Elizabeth was involved in the Water War Crimes raise questions that need to be answered.

The Globe and Mail played a significant role in the Water War Crimes by misleading the Canadian and world public in 2000 when these issues ended the careers of Supreme Court of Canda Chief Justice, Antonio Lamer, and Supreme Court of British Columbia Chief Justice, Bryan Williams. In our opinion, in 2000, the Globe and Mail became party to a government fraud against the Canadian public through misrepresentation of the facts related to the William's resignation.

These two recent Globe articles were timed to coincide with US Democratic House Leader, Nancy Pelosi's visit to Ottawa where she met various Canadian dignitaries including Francine Demarais, the daughter of Water War Crimes king pin, Prime Minister Jean Chretien, who narrowly escaped being interred in the Graveyard of the Guilty as death number 14 in the Water War Crimes, when a blood vessel blew out inside his head in early August. Denied his victim, the Angel of Death went hunting and located Canadian Liberal Party Leader Michael Ignatief's Communications Director, Mario Lague, a suspected Water War Crimes insider not named in the lawsuit and the Angel of Death drove Mario Lague and his motorcycle into another vehicle - death number 14.  Incidentally, Lague had been with Canada's secret ruling body the Privy Council from 1998 to 2003 when many of the Water War Crimes were carried out in the Canadian Courts which have now become compromised due to rampant executive branch interference in political cases. 

Showing continued disdain for American visitors, Prime Minister Harper chose to travel to Canada's hinterland so he would be absent when the second most powerful politicians in the United States was travelling to Canada. This may explain why Italian Canadian, Guy Giorno, Prime Minister Harper's Chief of Staff quit his position the week before Ms. Pelosi's visit.  Ms. Pelosi is a prominent American of Italian heritage and the Prime Ministerial snub is now a matter of public record.  At least, Mr. Giorno can walk with his head high in Toronto's Italian Community from whence he hails.


In June 2008, Canadian Prime Minister Harper showed similar disdain for prominent American Senators McCain and Lindsey, who on June 10, 2008, from Boston, announced their intention to visit Ottawa on June 20, 2008, prompting Prime Minister Harper to leave the City to hide in Canada's back woods. 

 Shortly after that visit, Water War Crimes insider and Canadian Foreign Affairs Minister, David Emerson, the man Prime Minister Harper appointed to meet with the two senators, quit politics. 

Mario Lague - Death Stalks Ottawa - Number 14 - The Prophecy Is Unfolding

"It is only July now . . . . but I expect to see more obituaries of insiders connected to the Water War Crimes " stated British Columbia lawyer John Carten in an audio tape recorded July, 2010, that can be listened to at the Homepage at http://www.naftawaterwarcrimes.com and on August 12, 2010, Water War Crimes insider Mario Lague's was dead. 

Mario Lague's death is part of the unfolding pattern of predicted "destruction and death".

"More destruction and death" was predicted in a May 2010 e-mail to Prime Minister Harper and his colleagues immediately after the sudden death of British Columbia Provincial Court Chief Judge Stansfield on May, 7, 2009, whose death Mr. Carten had earlier predicted on April 20, 2009, in a private e-mail that was being followed by the authoritiers in Canada and, probably, elsewhere. .

Two years later on April 20, 2010, in the wake of the recent death (Feb 25, 2010) of retired civil servant and Water War Insider Jack Ebbels, Mr. Carten warned Madam Justice Gauthier that the Federal Court lawsuit (T-95-08) should be settled soon or he there would be more deaths. Mario Lague's sudden death is a fulfillment of that prophecy also.

Sixteen days later, on May 6, 2010, the Angel of Death reached out for Water War Crimes insider,former Clerk of thr Privy Council Glen Shortliffe who died from a sudden unexpected heath attack. Mr. Shortliffe was death number 13 of the Water War Crimes insiders since January, 10, 2006, shortly after we began to expose the crimes by the insiders.

Immediately afterwards, on June 1, 2010,  former Clerk of the Privy Council and suspect Water War Crimes insider Michael Pitfiled suddenly, without notice, resigned his seat in the Canadian Senate effective June 1, 2010, a resignation that brought to mind  of the sudden regisntioan of Canada's Deputy Minister of Justice John Simss  announced three weeks after the sudden death of Jack Ebbels.

Did John Sims and Michael Pitfiled leave Ottawa because they knew something or someone was murdering the Water War Crimes insiders?

Then, in accordance with the prophecy, the Angel Of Death reached out for Water War Crimes insider, former Prime Minster Jean Chretien who  suffered a blown out blood vessel in his head.  However, a quick thinking doctor saved Mr. Chretien's life for the time bring. 

As if cheated by the failure of Chreiten to die, in accordance with Mr. Carten's prophecy, the Angel Of Death hunted down Water War Crimes insider from Mario Lague on August 11, 2010 while he was riding his motor cycle ot work . 

A couple of deaths is a co-incidence, 14 deaths is proof of an underlying causal relationship.

Mutiny Threatens Canada's RCMP While Crimes Go Uninvestigated, Prime Minister Harper Calls In Former Top Spy Reid Morden

Canada's Red Coated Police, the RCMP, are increasingly looking like group of bumbling idiots while the country begins to ask whether a serial killer is stalking those guilty of the Water War Crimes.

Since he was appointed Commissioner on July 16, 2007, Commissioner Elliott has been on the receiving end of numerous requests from British Columbia lawyer, John Carten, that the RCMP carry out a full investigation of the Water War Crimes.

Packages of documents proving criminal activity by insiders have been sent to the embattled Commissioner who is now in the middle of what the Canadian media is calling a mutiny by senior staff at RCMP Headquarters in Ottawa.

Elliott who joined the RCMP from the ranks of the Canadian civil service is suspected of deliberately blocking investigations in order to protecting civil servants and politicians whom he worked with from 1988 to 2007 when many of the crimes took place.

In the meantime, 12 persons who are linked to the Water War Crimes have died, many in circumstances that suggest murder, and in April 2010,  Deputy Attorney General, John Sims, suddenly quit his very senior position, without explanation, and some are suggesting his sudden departure was motivated by fear he could be next victim. 

Prime Minister Stephen Harper, disturbed with the obvious mutiny growing in the senior ranks of the RCMP, quickly appointed former CSIS Director Reid Morden to conduct and inquiry into the matter that is blamed on Elliott's abusive management style.  More astute observers suggest Elliott is cracking under pressure as the death toll mounts and he increasingly realizes his tactics of stonewalling the investigation is backfiring and may implicate him in a criminal cover up.

Morden does not come to the job without baggage.  As former director of CSIS, from 1988 to 1991, Morden would have been well aware of the attempt by insiders to loot Canada's water export wealth through an illegally acquired monopoly position.  In addition, Morden was subsequently Canada's Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs from 1991 to 1994 and he would most likely been privy to the efforts by Canada's government to cover up the crimes.






On May 6, 2010, Glen Shortliffe,  the former Clerk of the Privy Council who was in charge of Canada's civil service from 1988 to 1994 when many of the Water War Crimes took place died from what his obituary called  "an unexpected sudden heart attack" and murder is suspected.

On the West Coast, Mr. Carten has filed complaint with the Commissioner for Public Complaints about the Police over the refusal of the Victoria City Police to carry out an investigation of alleged criminal activity by British Columbia lawyer, Joanne Platt who according to sworn affidavits by independent witnesses was observed attempting to secretly and improperly influence a justice during a trial where Mr. Carten was the accused and there are allegations that Ms. Platt may be a member of a cult of Freemasons - an organization with a reputation for secretly attempting to fix cases and that has recently permitted women to join as members.

In May 2010, RCMP Deputy Commissioner, Gary Bass had been asked to investigate the same crimes by lawyer Joanne Platt but he has refused to acknowledge the correspondence from Mr. Carten a matter that is now under review by the Office for Public Complaints Against the RCMP.

The RCMP has consistently stonewalled all attempts to have these crimes investigated and now 13 insiders are dead leading observers to wonder whether or not a serial killer is stalking these insiders and when he or she will strike next.

The Vancouver Sun reported today that a United Nations group has recommended a “long-term moratorium placed on any further mining developments in southeastern British Columbia, immediately west of the Alberta border, in the corridor of natural terrain"  between Waterton-Glacier and Banff/Jasper national parks.

Flathead Lake is a key link in the bulk water delivery system known as the North American Water and Power Authority (NAWAPA) that was first floated in the 1960's but was sunk by political corruption in Canada.  The development of the NAWAPA is critical to the long term prosperity of the American economy and that of northern Mexico where water is strictly rationed. 

A few weeks ago, British Columbia Premier, Gordon Campbell, announced that the Province will move ahead quickly with the development of the Site C Dam (shown right) on the Peace River which is another water project that is part of the NAWAPA. Shortly after, fresh from a secret meeting with the Bilderberg Club, Premier Campbell announced at the Western Canadian Premiers Conference a new direction for Canadian water policy management that included the United States and Mexico.

It is believed these developments that are reaching a critical stage at this time prompted prominent British Columbia politician, Blair Lekstrom, (shown left)to quit the Premier Campbell's cabinet and the BC Liberal Party caucus to which he belongs.

Observers reckon Mr. Lekstrom  does not wish to face the heat from the local land owners whose farmlands and homes will be flooded to make way for a water delivery system that will fundamentally change the culture and economy of western North America. 
In a similar move, long term Canadian federal politician Jay Hills, (shown right)  also from the Peace River area, announced his decision not to seek re-elction in the next federal election.  Mr. Hills entered the federal scene as part of the Reform Party movement in western Canada and has been a fixture in Ottawa for almost two decades.

The role of Trudeau, a self admitted communist, in the water export issues remains largely undiscussed in Canada due to the Canadian media censorship on the issue.

British Columbia Premier Gordon Campbell, who was convicted of drunk driving in Hawaii several yearsn ago, is understood to be under increasing pressure to resign due to conflict of interest allegations involving payments of inflated wages to his alleged mistress, Miss Lara Dauphinee.  There are some reports that that Ms. Dauphinee has had abortions to conceal her relationship with the Premier who has led the electorate to beleive he is a happily married man as part of his  public persona.  These issues are also dicsussed at the Water War Crimes web site http://www.naftawaterwarcrimes.com

Ms. Dauphinee was given a highly sensitive job as the Premier's Deputy Chief of Staff and with recent announcements by Canadian Intelligence Chief Fadden that some of Canada' provincial politicians are under the influence of foreign governments there has been a heightened interest in the background of Ms. Dauphinee who appeared, mysteriously, at the Premier's side in the late 1990's when he was clearly the heir apparent although a well known philanderer.  
Despite her position, there is surprisingly very little information in the public domain about Ms. Daupinee, her background and who she worked for before being given a highly sensitive position in the Premier's office.  There is some speculation she was a simple bar maid in a local Vancouver watering hole which would undermine claims by the Premier's press corps - a highly partisan group - she was highly qualified for the job.

Like The Crooked Nation It Has Become - Canada Delays Justice Again

After two and one half years of continued and calculated delay, Canada's Federal Court advised on June 29, 2010, that it unlikely a decision would be made prior to the end of August 2010 in the matter of whether or not Mr. Carten and Ms. Gibbs will be entitled to pursue their lawsuit against the Canadian Government in Canada's Federal Court.

Federal Court Justice Joanne Gauthier, appointed by Prime Minister Jean Chretien and shown above right , had indicated at a hearing on April 20, 2010, that a decision would be forthcoming very quickly but the matter is delayed again presumably on direction by Canada's Minister of Justice Rob Nicholson, shown left, who was a member of the Kim Campbell gang that played a central role in Canada's greatest scandal- the Water War Crimes.

The Kim Campbell gang is a group of political insiders, namely Patrick Kinsella, Allan Gregg, Lyle Knott  and Rob Nicholson who were supporters of former Canadian Prime Minister, Kim Campbell, and who are closely linked to the Water War Crimes.

Several key witnesses have died by sudden unexpected heart attacks and murder is real possibility because members of the Kim Campbell Gang may be facing serious jail time.  The last to die, unlucky number 13, was  former Clerk of the Privy Council, Glen Shortliffe, shown right, Canada who suddenly and conveniently dropped dead in early May,  2010.  At the hearing on April 20, 2010 Justice Gauthier was warned that there would be more deaths if the claims of Mr. Carten and Ms. Gibbs were not resolved soon and the prediction, like other made previously, came true. 

Carten suggests that the RCMP have done a very poor job investigating these murders because if the truth ever comes out Canada and the RCMP may cease to exist as we know them.

The Canadian Museum of Human Rights was the brainchild of Canadian lawyer, businessman and media mogul, Israel "Izzy" Asper. Serious observers have speculated that Izzy Asper may have been a player or investor in W.C. W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd. for a number of reasons.


1. Mr. Asper was a very astute and well connected western Canadian businessman from Winnipeg and WCW had the inside edge with its illegal contract with the Government of British Columbia.

2. A significant number of WCW shareholders who benefitted from insider knowledge of the secret illegal agreement were also from Winnipeg.

3. Lloyd Axworthy and Paul Fraser, prominent political/legal personalities linked to WCW and the Water War Crimes are from Winnipeg.

4. Margaret Annett, represented by lawyer Paul Fraser, and the President of WCW was also from Winnipeg.

5. In 2001, an Indo Canadian gentleman with connections to Izzy Asper approached Mr. Carten in Vancouver attempting to obtain a copy of the McCarthy Tetrault legal opinion that was then not published. The request for a copy of the legal opinion was denied.

6. Mr. Asper's former law partner Gerald Schwarz is married to Heather Reisman who was the niece of Simon Reisman who negotiated the Free Trade Agreement on behalf of Canada with the United States. Simon Reisman gave public speeches stating water must be on the table if the Americans were going to enter a Free Trade Agreement with Canada.

7.  Mr. Asper was a close friend of former Canadian Prime Minister Jean Chretien who is alleged to have been an investor in WCW and Mr. Asper died of a sudden heart attack on October 7, 2003 a few days after a private meeting with Prime Minister Chretien.

8. When Gordon Campbell was first elected Premier of British Columbia one of the first visitors to his office was Izzy Asper. If Campbell was aware that Mr. Izzy Asper had been invested in WCW then there existed the perfect opportunity for a deal whereby the Asper controlled media agreed to go easy on Campbell, which they have done for over ten years.

9.  Asper controlled newspapers and other media outlets have deliberately lied to the Canadian public about the political corruption and offshore accounts related to WCW.

10. Mr. Asper was also a close friend of former Canadian Prime Minister, Paul Matin, who played a prominent role ion the Water War Crimes.

11. Thirteen people who are linked to the Water War Crimes, including nine judges, had died since 2006, either by sudden heart attack or the sudden onset of a terminal disease. This is not a random co-incidence. Mr. Asper died by a sudden unexpected heart attack

Was Izzy Asper murdered?

Izzy Asper had an astonishing number of connections to the players in the Water War Crimes and, if he was an inside investor in WCW (a fact that is not yet determined), then, other insiders would have had a motive to murder him and this would be especially so if other insiders thought he was considering exposing the whole story in his newspapers and other media outlets that he owned - which he might have done had he not died so suddenly.
