The Water War Crimes are the the crimes carried out by political, legal, judicial and business insiders, in Canada, who attempted to swindle control of a bulk water export monopoly over the export of fresh water from Canada to the United States and Mexico, the subsequent viscous personal attack on British Columbia lawyer John Carten by the Governments of Canada and British Columbia because, as a lawyer, he was embarked on a path that would expose their crimes that included a dispicable criminal attack upon Ms. Karen Gibbs and her children because she was assisting Mr. Carten at the time.

From March 1, 2015, this blog will attempt to publish the ongoing posts on the New Developments page at the Water War Crimes web site. We attempted to do that in the past but missed a big chunk of time and hope to be able to keep it regular now that we have some extra time.

The Water War Crimes web site tells the story in great detail and we add updates because the case is unfolding.

The Canadian media will not report the story so we have used the internet to publicize the crimes by the insiders and the corruption in Canada's judicial, legal and political systems.

In the process, we have systematically destroyed many of our enemies but the governments of British Columbia and Canada continue to refuse a fair and equitable settlement and we continue our quest for redress in Canada's crooked court system and so more insiders are compromised and then murdered or mysteriously drop dead.

Twelve crooked judges involved were exposed as crooks and suddenly died. We think some of those judges were murdered. Six Chief Justices who manipulated the system against us were exposed and resigned, one was murdered and the other committed suicide.

Politicians, lawyers and civil servants who abused their positions of power were exposed, resigned or, suddenly, dropped dead. The death toll now stands at over forty and is likely to rise. The list of the sudden deaths linked to the Water War Crimes is published on the web site page entitled the Graveyard of the Guilty.

A remnant of the crooked political, judicial and legal insiders within the Governnments of Canada and British Columbia and some of Canada's most powerful law firms have effectively used their influence to manipulate Canada's judiciary to get the case thrown out without any hearing on its merits.

The insiders are desperate and periodically they lash out at Mr. Carten with illegal jailings, malicious prosecutions and other crooked legal tactics.

In February 2016, the Law Society of British Columbia commenced a vile attempt to destroy Mr. Carten again because he was helping some people who were victims of a criminal lawyer / judge gang operating in the courts.

This is a huge story that has been suppressed and mis-represented by the Canadian media and it continues to influence Canadian politics to this day.

Canada's Cannon Fires Another Round In Water War

Lawrence Cannon, Canada's Minister of Foreign Affairs fired another shot at American Water Beggars on Thursday May 13, 2010.

According to Juliet O'Neill, with Can West News Service, "The new legislation is intended to thwart the diversion of river water south to the U.S. through such means as dams, aqueducts, canals and pipelines".

Notwithstanding Mr. Cannon's public assurances, British Columbia Premier, Gordon Campbell, is moving ahead, swiftly, on the construction of the Site C Dam, an essential link in the plan to deliver massive quantities of fresh water to the United States.

The body of water featured here is Williston Lake, British Columbia, the largest lake, a man made lake, in British Columbia. A Ancient Aquaduct Delivering Fresh Water

The construction of an aquaduct from Canada to the United States and Mexico delivering pure, clean, fresh water is not complicated engineering. Two thousand years ago, the Romans built many aquaducts delivering water to communities far from the source of the water. Europe survived and prospered. Some of those aquaducts continue to function to this very day. This is how water will be supplied from Canada to the United States and Mexico. The aquaducts may not be of stone but they will deliver vast quantities of fresh water to otherwise parched territories bringing benefits to all concerned.

Premier Gordon Campbell

Premier Gordon Campbell is a peculiar fellow. Early in his career he had some problems with the law. And, for almost ten long years, he has been covering up the real facts behind the WaterWarCrimes. Some of Gordon's pals were involved in the WaterWarCrimes. It is hard to say if they were criminals. But, nonetheless, Peter Brown (the stock broker), Patrick Kinsella, (the unregistered lobbyist), Lyall Knott (the lawyer), and Paul Fraser (the lawyer and present Freedom Of Information Commissioner), all pals of Gordon, were very close to W.C.W Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd., the company that had a secret, illegal contract courtesy of a few lawyers with the BC Ministry of the Attorney General. Some of those lawyers were subsequently made into crooked judges in British Columbia. This is how the game works in British Columbia. Do a dirty deal and get promoted to a judicial position.

Paul Fraser - Lawyer and Gordon Campbell's Conflict of interest Commissioner

Paul was legal counsel at the Vancouver law firm of Clark Wilson when Clark Wilson client, W.C.W.Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd., negotiated an illegal contract, for bulk water exports, with the BC Government through friendly lawyers employed with the BC Ministry of the Attorney General. Two of the lawyers with the AG's office who negotiated that deal, Jack Ebbels and Colin McIvor, were subsequently hired by Paul Fraser's law firm. Lloyd Axworthy, who covered up the WaterWarCrimes, was also hired by Paul Fraser's law firm. When Margaret Annett, the former president of WCW was sued by Aquasource Ltd., she hired Paul Fraser to represent her. Paul knows a lot.

Peter Brown - Famous Financial Guy

Peter, nicknamed Peter Rabbit, because of his speed, is a big financial backer of Premier Gordon Campbell. Peter's company was the brokerage firm that raised funds to finance W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd., the company that had an illegal contract for bulk water exports with the British Columbia Government. We don't wish to accuse Peter of anything. He is a money guy. Money guys aren't known for their intelligence on legal issues. They usually rely on their lawyers and sometimes get into a lot of trouble because of it.

Patrick Kinsella - BC Lobbyist- Supporter of Premier Gordon Campbell

Patrick is what the pundits have called an unregistered lobbyst. Patrick has been a chief advisor to Gordon Campbell. Way back, in 1991, Patrick's company did some work for W.C.W. Western Water Enterprises Ltd., advising it to engineer a monopoly by creating a mortorium on the issuance of competitive bulk water export licences. It was brilliant advice to a client. It screwed the competitors and screwed Canada USA relations because the Americans were actually expecting to be able to have access to Canada's water resources under the Free Trade Agreement. Mr. Kinsella recently came to public attention in another corruption scandal involving the sale of the assets of BC Rail.

Lyall Knott

Lyall is a close political supporter of BC Premier Gordon Campbell and represented W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd. when WCW negotiated an illegal bulk water export contract with the government of British Columbia. We can't say Lyall knew the contract was illegal but, if he was as smart a lawyer as he boasts he is, then he probably knew the contract was contrary to the Free Trade Agreement, the GATT, and the Water Act. Lyall Knott was recently appointed to the International Joint Commission which deals with water issues between Canada and the USA.

BC Premier Gordon Campbell and Canadian Prime Minister Jean Chretien

These two characters make very peculiar mates. However, when information was obtained that Chretien had been an investor in W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd. things started to make sense. Gordon Campbell keeps Chretien's secrets and Chretien agreed to play ball with Gordon Campbell. It is a form of political extortion. It may be legal and it may not be legal, but it appears to be how the game is played. Former British Columbia Premier, Glen Clark, didn't play ball with Chretien so a "coup d'etat" was organized using the help of Attorney General Ujjal Dosanjh, operating inside Clark's cabinet, who was subsequently installed as a puppet, interregnum, Premier of British Columbia until a general election could be organized to legitimize the appointment of the puppet Premier, Gordon Campbell.

Chief Judge Hugh Stansfield - Appointed By Gordon Campbell

Hugh Stansfield is dead. He died May 7, 2009. He was dead judge number 7. He was a crook. He tried to sabotage Mr. Carten. He sent his legal assistant, Brenda Edwards, a Defendant in the Federal Court lawsuit to spy on Mr. Carten in court proceedings in Kelowna in December, 2007. Stansfield refused Mr. Carten's request that he investigate alleged judicial corruption in his Court. This is very bizarre conduct for a Chief Judge. According to reliable sources who exposed BC Judge Ramsay for child molestation, Mr. Stansfield was a major pedofile doing children as young as six. Mr. Carten and child abuse investigator Rob Nicholson were preparing the documentation to expose this alleged criminal conduct by Judge Stansfield and sent that documentation back and forth over the internet in the period immediately prior to his sudden death. Because Mr. Carten's and Mr. Nicholson's internet activity is tracked by various agencies, it is suspected that this information got back to Judge Stansfield or his handlers and, knowing his cover was about to be blown, Judge Stansfield was terminated. Premier Gordon Campbell, on the advice of Allan Seckel, appointed Stansfield to be Chief Judge of the Provincial Court of British Columbia, the Court that seizes children from families so they can be molested by the likes of Judge Stansfield in foster homes run by the BC government or used as objects in child porn operations. An unnamed informant living in Prince George advised that his sources told him that friends of Premier Gordon Campbell were using children in BC Government foster homes in Prince George for child porn operations. Gordon Campbell and his allies have put pedofiles, like Stansfield is alleged to have been, in positions of power because they can control them and rig the outcome of law cases for friends and enemies. How many little children did this perverted judge molest courtesy of the government of Gordon Campbell and this is why Provincial Court judges have made perverse rulings against Mr. Carten.

Chief Justice Allan McEachern

Allan McEachern was a guy who represented the Peter Principle. He was promoted beyond his level of competence. As a graduate of a one year program in the newly created UBC Law School in 1950, he ended his career as Chief Justice of a very complex province. You can't blame the people of British Columbia on that choice because he was first appointed by the Liberal Party in Ottawa and then confirmed as Chief Justice of BC by the Conservative Party in Ottawa. Alllan McEachern figures in the WaterWarCrimes because he signed Order In Council No. 922 in June, 1991, that extended the illegal moratorium on bulk water exports to the USA. Did Allan know the moratorium was illegal? Probably he did. He is dead now so we can't ask him. However, although his legal education was rudimentary, we are confident he knew enough to know what he was doing was illegal. Part of our confidence in this assertion is that when he was Chief Justice, the judiciary in Alberta and British Columbia made some abjectly corrupt decisions to try to cover up what Allan had done. Under the leadership of Allan McEachern the reputation of the judiciary in British Columbia sank to the bottom. Judicial corruption and racketeering ran rampant and drew criticism from all parts of the planet. The province became a haven for gangsters from all around the world and the city grew into a world class, white collar crimes centre. Allan McEachern was a major player in the judicial mafia.

Chief Justice Donald Brenner - Former Chief Justice of the BC Supreme Court

Donald Brenner was Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of British Columbia until June 2009. He resigned one month after the dirty Provincial Court Chief Judge Stansfield dropped dead. Mr. Brenner and Mr. Stansfield were very close. Some people suspect Stansfield was murdered or committed suicide to avoid prosecution for his crimes. Judge Brenner showed up as one of the players in the judicial conspiracy against Mr. Carten. There are a lot of people in British Columbia who have a very low opinion of Chief Justice Brenner. Mr. Brenner was appointed to his position by Prime Minister Jean Chretien with the approval and support of Allan McEachern. According to Vancovuer lawyer, Richard Begin, who once boasted that he handles Justice Brenner's legal work s Mr. Brenner knew how to fix a case for his friends.

Cheif Justice of Canada Beverley McLachlin

Beverley McLachlin is the first woman Chief Justice of Canada. She was inserted into her job by Prime Minister Jean Chretien and under her leadership one of the first things the Canadian Judicial Council did was to commit fraud to assist to cover up the WaterWarCrimes. Bev McLachlin was very close to Allan McEachern a reputed king pin in the BC judicial mafia and under her leadership the Canadian Judicial Council did a lot to cover up investigations of complaints of corruption against judges in British Columbia. McLachlin's bizarre judicial conduct first came to public attention in 1992 when she was on the panel of Supreme Court of Canada judges that overturned the conviction of Vancouver lawyer and admitted drug trafficker, Martin Chambers, in a decision that is widely viewed as crooked. In a speech to the public in Kelowna in February 2009, Bev boasted about how close she was to Allan Seckel. Bev is married and has one child.

Allan Seckel - Deputy Attorney General 2003 to 2009

In Canada's system of government the Deputy Ministers are the people who really run the Government. Allan Seckel was Deputy Minister to the Attorney General of BC from 2003 to 2009, therefore, he was the guy in charge of all the legal stuff, which is basically everything. If it ain't legal, the governmnent can't do it. The problem is that only the lawyers know what is legal and, in British Columbia, government lawyers lie and do crooked deals inside their offices. Allan Seckel recently got promoted to the position of Deputy Minister to the BC Premier which means he pretty well runs the provincial government. As Deputy Attorney General, Allan Seckel would have approved the appointment of Hugh Stansfield to the position of Chief Judge of the Provincial Court in June 2005. During the period of his tenure, Allan Seckel had the opportunity to order investigations of criminal misconduct by lawyers who worked for the BC Attorney General but criminls were never brought to justice presumably on the direction of Allan Seckel. Allan Seckel practised law with the Vancouver law firm of Russell Dumoulin, now known as Fasken, Martineau and Dumolin, the same firm that employed the notorious Chief Justice, Allan McEachern, before and after his tenure as a Chief Justice. McEachern was forced to retire at age 75 but, before he retired he inserted his stooges, Brenner, Seckel, McLachlin and a few others to cover his ass in retirement. Allan Seckel is married and has three children.
